| Summary: KYLER! Go see KYLER PINOLI! What can I say about him? He helped me and my lady choose our next car, which happened to be a 2023 CLA250. Before landing there, we knew we wanted an upscale commuter. He explained the 3 possibilities that fit our needs (further elaborated in person), which was the CLA250, C300 and GLA250. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and I'm saying this as a guy who owns an RV dealership (gokarv.com), I'm experienced when it comes to how a salesperson should treat someone who is in the buying process. He went from vehicle to vehicle talking aesthetics, chassis, options, pro and con, I was genuinely impressed. And then we left. We weren't totally ready to pull the trigger just yet, still had to iron out finance details, plus do our own due diligence when it came to selection vs the competition. After another week or two of daily interneting lol we finally convinced ourselves that the deal just couldn't be beaten, and this is with a 500 mile search radius (we definitely aren't afraid to travel to get the deal). We went back in today, texted him first (because we loved working with Kyler so much, he was our guy for sure), then went back in to see him where we checked it out again and then guided us through the final steps in the process, getting us an unbeatable deal with our local very well managed dealer, from his desk manager Hae Lee (awesome guy, great asset to the company) to his GSM Filomena Powers (she's all business and we loved her for her efficiency and demeanor). The finance manager was great too, Justin Campbell, intelligent and witty, knew his available products and was able to get us in and out in a flash. THANK YOU KYLER AND WALTER'S MERCEDES-BENZ, YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE OUT OF THE TWO OF US. |

| Summary: I recently bought a Mercedes and brought it to Walter's for servicing. The other dealership didn't set up the Mercedes me app for me so I asked the guys at Walter's to help and Jon Klempner from sales was more than happy to assist. Jon was knowledgeable and professional and made the process very easy for me even though I wasn't charged for his help. I'd hit up Jon if you're interested in buying a Mercedes Benz. I've had good experiences with Walter's Porsche in the past and Walter's Mercedes Benz is continuing the good customer service I've come to be accustomed to. I'll keep going back to Walter's Mercedes Benz. |

| Summary: My first very pleasant encounter was with my service advisor Joe Loera who gave outstanding service in my opinion over and above my expectations to accommodate me in my time of need and all with a smile. The next person was my sales consultant Illy Aabid, I was very impressed with how she conducted my Car buying experience from the start to the finish, she made herself always available and also made me feel as family. I need to say my finance consultant James "Andy" Towns whom made me feel at ease during the document signing process, I returned from out of state in order to experience such fine service. I came in to service my Car and ended up returning to purchase a vehicle. |

We had a little issue with a few documents and Filimina was the one helping throughout the whole process. She provided us amazing service from day one answered every call and did her best to help us.
