| Summary: My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an EQE 350 from Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations.
From the first point of contact our Sales Consultant, Ashley Botello was amazing and I cant say enough good words. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and attentive. She took the time to listen and was tenacious, working hard to make the deal. Its rare to such receive such genuine customer service and we truly appreciated her professionalism. Also, a quick shout out to Sales Consultant, Azhanty Montoya who assisted and also provided us with 5 star customer service.
The financing process was just as smooth. Finance Director, Justin Campbell worked efficiently, explaining all the details clearly. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure all options were covered and that we felt completely satisfied with our financing. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed, which made the entire process stress-free.
Driving off in our new EQE was truly an exciting moment, and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. The customer service at Mercedes-Benz of Riverside is top-notch, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a luxury vehicle with an exceptional buying experience.
