| Summary: JR Rodriguez is the best. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and I have trusted him with my Mercedes for over 6 years. He has always explained what service is being done and why my car needs the repair. During Covid (due to health issues in my family) JR picked up my car, had it serviced, and returned it to me. He went far beyond what he had too. I will always depend on JR to take the great care of my cars as always. Mercedes is lucky to have JR. |

| Summary: Ok so I pulled up to the service drive to pick up my vehicle as it was finished and was immediately greeted by the super nice service greeter who took me into the service department and helped me find my advisor as this was the first time going to the service department.
My Service Advisor, JR Rodriguez was there to help me with the pick up of my vehicle. He kindly explained in detail the service that was performed on my car. Went over the paperwork and then helped me out to my car. They delivered it washed and clean on the inside. He continued to show me the work that was performed and helped me understand what they did on it.
I really had a great experience with this dealership and appreciate the excellent experience that I had. Thank you. |
