And JR service advisor was also very kind and patient with me to help me out and travisRhodes consultant very patient with me came to show me how to reset my password or my pin number and I really appreciate that from him taking the time out until I am completely finished understanding everything. I want to thank Mark as well. Very pleasant making me understand that I still need two more parts and he just said bring the car and Ill take care of the problem and I really makes me feel good that he is very honest sounded very honest. |

| Summary: First class and professional all the way from the time I arrived in service drive to the time I picked up my vehicle. They constantly stayed in contact and went above and beyond to make me comfortable.
Because my car was going to be there for an extended period of time they put me in an E class rental. I didnt expect that.
While my car was being repaired, I had to leave town for a couple weeks and they told me no problem. Theyll hold the car until I get back. |
