I brought my GL 350 to Mercedes-Benz of Riverside to have the second row seat worked on. It has a power fold function but would not fold and the manual handle would not engage. This left the third row passengers to have access only on the one side of the vehicle, which was inconvenient but also a potential safety hazard. My original appointment was to have it diagnosed and worked on while I waited, because I live 56 miles away. The vehicle ended up needing parts and more work than originally thought, so I had to leave it with the dealer. They offered me a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair on my SUV which I felt was exemplary given that my GL is a little older and I did not buy it from this dealer. Michael Ramos was my service advisor. He took the time to go over what was discovered and clearly explained what was needed and what the plan was to remedy the situation. Michael also described, in detail, what the costs would look like. The availability of parts created a challenge, so my vehicle was at the dealer longer than expected. Michael made sure that I was updated with regularity and described the complications as they came up. Those complications, I might add, were related to the parts and not the dealer. I am very happy with the work that was performed on my SUV and with the way Mercedes-Benz of Riverside treated me as a customer. This dealership is part of the Walter's family of dealerships, with whom I have worked for several years. This is my first Mercedes product, but I have bought and serviced several Audi's through other Walter's dealerships. All have been terrific to work with. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, this family of dealerships, or of my advisor, Michael Ramos. If you have a service need, Michael will take care of you.

Set up a Saturday appointment via the website on Friday night due to an urgent issue. Michael Ramos was the Service Advisor and he was very welcoming and processed the paperwork quickly so the techs could get to work on an oil light issue. It took about 3 hrs to completion, I waited in the lobby and was informed that the light problem was still happening and further testing needed to be be done. I was in a hurry and will come back at a later time. Very pleased with Michaels service.
