Overall I give Walters a good review. Michael Ramos was my advisor and he always does excellent work. However, I experienced an issue with the charges that were applied to my service...not Michael's fault. The amount the service dept wanted to charge me didn't match the charges when I ordered the parts. They did fix the issue when I brought it to their attention

I have NEVER been so pleased! !! My service gentleman was, Michael Ramos. He went the extra mile to make my 90,000 service a wonderful experience. It began a week before my appointment when he explain, in detail, what the car needed and why it was important. I had so much confidence in him and was so grateful that I truly understood what was needed. THANK YOU MICHAEL RAMOS Just one suggestion to Mr. Walter, The seating in the waiting room is so uncomfortable. If you go across the street to Lexus or BMW you will see what I mean. They have comfy chairs. When you decide to wait for your car, it would be so nice to be able to do so in comfort. You have a wonderful staff!!

Sunday, 13 October 2024: I went to Walter's Benz dealership for the first time in December 2021. I did Not have any work done on my 2011, E~350 Benz. I had a question. At the time, a young man by the name of Justin Weiderman met me. Justin was so excellent that I wrote a letter to Tyler Usary. Over the years, I have heard positive comments from various Benz drivers about Walters. Normally, I drive to Ontario, Santa Monica for LVN for service. This time, I decided to have my B~1 service done on my 2018, E class at Walter's on Friday, 11 October 2024. I arrived at ten. I was greeted by a young nice looking (muy guapa) Spanish speaking Latina named Veronica. Prior to my arrival, I had spoken twice to Mark Interlichia. Upon meeting him, he was great. He introduced me to Mike Ramos. I was impressed that he spoke Espaol as well. I had a prepaid service package under Fletcher Jones from LVN, I was happy to see that Tyler & Mark honored my deal from another dealership. My car was ready in good time. I will return to Walter's Mercedes Benz in the future. Everyone was great and the snacks were good too. My only suggestion on the snacks is they add juice or sodas in case customers do Not want coffee. Two Thumbs up high.
