| Summary: Just bought a new 2026 E Class sedan from Walter's MB in Riverside.
I am a retail business owner, so i know a little about customer service.
We bought the car from afar, thru emails, texts, and phone as we are in La Quinta, CA an hour & a half away....and Walter's was the closest dealer with the color combo & upgrades we wanted...
Wow, Raul flat out took care of us and made it so easy. He is professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and even chuckled at my corny sense of humor.
He's the best!
Same with the finance guy, and the young man who delivered it to our house. Travis. He helped us connect our phones, download the MB app, and gave us a crash course on how to use the car's technology.
