They truly went above and beyond as we were acquiring our first electric vehicle. Their expert knowledge of the vehicle was critical in our decision, as was their attention to detail. Thanks to Raul and Edwin, the sales transaction was very smooth. They have also provided excellent service following the purchase as they have been highly responsive to questions that weve had since acquiring the vehicle. I was swept away by the warm greeting, immediate attention without feeling pushy, and the choices Raul Ayala presented that met everything I was asking for. He was knowledgeable about each individual car he showed me, and his energy and enthusiasm remained constant car after car, until I decided on the exact car that I wanted. His pleasant and informative nature throughout the purchase process was that of a consummate professional.

He made two specific short videos in which he was explaining me the difference between GLA and GLC models, and showing me how to adjust the car seats. He went extra miles to locate the 2nd car key and coordinate between his managers to ensure that key was mailed to me in a timely and safe manner. He was very pleasant, patient and professional. I enjoyed my car purchasing experience with Mr. Ayalas help in Walters. I strongly recommend Walters Mercedes Benz to Mercedes lovers. |
