| Summary: Service department has evolved and changed quite a bit but seems to still sustain same customer service first attitude and still very efficient or accommodating!!! Called my guy Chris Ohrms before arrival but unfortunately was unavailable out sick but Mr Ralph Perez stepped up and was an absolute pleasure!!! No appointment and just a straight walk in but immediately step in and assisted me with low tire pressure and topped off my fluids for my road trip driving thru from Oregon!!! While visiting I was also greeted by Chris Blair? I believe the new GSM on the sales side? Also Farzy the finance manager? They both helped walked me thru a few lease end options for my Q4 lease upcoming maturity. Both were very professional and instrumental in helping me with all my concerns and questions!!! Highly recommend Audi Ontario service and sales!!! |
