| Summary: I just purchased my First Audi and the service was excellent. My Sales person Rep - Shawn was very attentive, helpful and answered all our questions. He helped so much with the transition and making it very smooth with everything, from a trade to the Finance. My husband and I give Audi in Ontario and our sales rep Shawn 5 stars. Will definitely recommend him and will come back for my next purchase. |

| Summary: Sales person Shawn Nabi responds quickly and communicates clearly, even on his day off. No surprises or tricks, just gets the deal rolling. I inquired and communicated with 8 Audi dealerships from San Diego to LA and Audi Ontario stood apart. Inventory, showroom, communication, transparency (which was the most popular word with all the Audi salespeople that i talked to throughout all 8 dealerships. However, Shawn followed the word with actions. I should have started with Audi Ontario. It was the last dealership i contacted, but the first one that came through. |

| Summary: I had an amazing experience at Audi, and I cant say enough great things about Shawn, From the moment I arrived, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind never pushy, just truly focused on making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision.
He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Buying a car can be stressful, but he turned it into such a positive experience. I felt listened to, respected, and well taken care of from start to finish.

| Summary: Our 1st visit to the Audi Dealership Ontario, it was questionable when our sales representative abandoned us to attend to another. After 40 mins of waiting, we got up and as we were leaving Shawn approached us and asked how he could help. We shared what just occurred and he vowed to handle our inquiries personally. We were so frustrated we left.
True to his word, he called us within the hour and had a solid deal for us on a Q5. We said wed think about it. Days later, he called again and we came into the dealership and walked out with an incredible deal and interest rate of 1.99, which was better than our credit union. Also, we got another great deal on extended warranty. Had it not been for Shawns intervention as we were walking out after being abandoned at the dealership by the1st sales person, this sale would have never occurred. We were loyal Volvo owners for 10 years, but are now singing Audi praises. |
