Summary: Took my vehicle in for a recall . And they were able to take me in earlier than I was originally scheduled since I needed to run some errands . Dropped it off and got a text as soon as it was finished. When I picked it up It was washed and vacuumed. |

Summary: The customer service was attentive from the first phone call. Tania sent a friendly video clip introducing the SUV I was interested in and clarifying the question I had. I went in for a test drive, and I was impressed with the car and the service I received. The dealership is very nice inside with great-looking cars. |

Summary: I called to schedule an appointment to get a recall done . They had an appointment for Saturday which was perfect since I don't work weekends. I had to drop the vehicle off earlier than my appointment time in which they worked with me . When I dropped off the vehicle Ms. Diana Perez signed me in and told me I'd receive a message when the vehicle was ready . Sure enough it was exactly that . I was still busy out and about and I asked if I was able to stop by later to pick it up and of course Ms. Perez gave me time to be there before they closed . When I picked up my Q7 it was washed (which was an option given to me) but it was also vacuumed. I can't tell you how happy I was .. |

Summary: Our salesperson, Brandon Clemons was very helpful in getting a great deal on the car. He was however being distracted somewhat by multiple messages coming in on his phone. The sales manager and finance manager were both very professional and cordial. The prep and detailing on the car was inadequate because the TPMS alert came on the first day we had the car and I found the tire pressures a combination of too high and too low. Also there was a privacy screen missing which I was told later was not a requirement on the sale of a use car. Still overall a very good experience and I would confidently recommend Audi of Onrtario to any interested Audi shopper. |
