| Summary: My car buying experience at Audi Ontario was a mixed bag. The initial process of finding a car and getting a good deal was great. After I bought the car, however, things went downhill.
Immediately upon taking delivery I noticed that the service light was on. I reached out to my salesperson who lied and said the work had been done but they forgot to reset it. Communication from the dealership was poor, and it took multiple calls and spending half of my Saturday driving over 100 miles roundtrip to get the issue resolved.
Thankfully, the service advisor, Ramon, was amazing and provided a completely different experience. He was professional, communicative, and made sure the issue was taken care of quickly.
I'd recommend Audi Ontario for the deals they offer, but be aware that the communication and post-sale support might not be what you expect. If you need service, ask for Ramonhe's fantastic! |

| Summary: I called on Friday to see what I needed to do to buy coolant and have it topped off because I have a broken ankle and am not very mobile right now. I was told I didnt need an appointment just come in buy the coolant and someone will top it off. If only it were that easy. I arrived on saturday morning at 9am and only one person was able to pull up the coolant and he was on the phone so I had to wait a little while for him. He was gracious enough and when he saw I was in a cast he gave me an extra 10% off for having to stand around and wait. Then when I asked where do I go to get it topped off, even though he seemed to be thrown off, he went and asked someone from service to do it and loudly said "I have other things to do"...
He told me they would take care of me and we exchanged pleasantries and he left. I went to my car with my sleeping 2 year old and waited with the car on and the air running (because I know nothing about how coolant works). After waiting about 15-20 minutes the person that was going to put it in came out and told me that the other guy should have told me to turn off my car and let it cool down and I would need to park and wait another 30-45 minutes, with my sleeping 2 year old and broken ankle, in California weather... I love my audi but I did not love this audi experience. |

| Summary: It was very easy process buying a car from Audi Ontario. My salesman was Steven H., and he was very professional and easy to work with. He'll work with you pleasantly to get you the number you'll like. I probably could've gotten the final price to be lower, but I was in a rush, and remember they have to make money too. The financial manager Farzy R. was a bit pushy and annoying trying to get me to buy the extended warranty, but that's his job and I undetstood it. He was quite convincing. Infact, if I was buying a new Audi, i would've bought the extended warranty for sure. I traded my car in and got a new one all within 3 hours. I would definitely buy another car from these guys. |

| Summary: I was looking for a very specific Audi Q3. I found the one I wanted at another dealer, confirmed it was in stock, confirmed the price and made an appointment to hopefully see it in person and buy the car. Well, when I got their the other dealer did a bait and switch and tried to charge me an additional $4K for "ad ons" and another $5k for extended warranty - no thanks - I left and started over. Well, that is when I was lucky enough to find Anthony Lee at Ontario Audi - they had the same car I was looking for, I reached out and Anthony called me back to discuss what i was looking for. I have to say, this dealership, and Anthony, and his Sales Manager Brett McKinley, were EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and pleasant to deal with. I have been in and around the car industry for many years, and I am extremely up front in my expectations, and clear in what I want - I don't want a sales pitch, just someone to work with that is straight forward. Well, this was the easiest deal ever - We did everything over the phone, including the finance, and it was PAINLESS and super easy - Ontario Audi kept me in the loop the whole time, and within a few hours of calling, some emails and online paperwork, I owned the Audi I was looking for! PLUS, they gave ma a fair price, and the factory warranty extension was less expensive than the other dealer quoted. On top of the easy communication and simplicity of buying, Anthony was kind enough to PERSONALLY deliver the vehicle from Ontario to Orange County, walk us through all of the details, and just plain make the overall experience a pleasure - THANK YOU AUDI ONTARIO! |

| Summary: Came in to service my vehicle and ended up purchasing a new one. I was introduced to Zed, who immediately dropped what he was doing to answer my questions. I wasnt sure which model I wanted so Zed suggested we test drive a few options. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured-Zed didnt try to upsell me or steer me towards the most expensive model. Instead, he was completely professional clearly explaining the differences between vehicles and how that impacted pricing. I ended up selling my S5 and driving away in a new Q5 and I couldnt be happier with my decision or the experience. Zed spent several hours with me, giving me all the time I needed to feel confident in my choice. If your looking for a smooth, no-pressure car buying experience definitely stop buying and ask for Zed! |
