| Summary: Crown Jaguar sold me a certified FPace. They explained that I had special tires that if punctured or had a leak that the tire had to be replaced, not repaired. I bought their tire policy. Lie! I called them, took it in and surprise-they said it had a nail in it so they patched it. What??
I bought their scratch and dent policy that supposedly would fix scratches and dents. I questioned them about door dings, grocery carts, etc. yes they are all covered. Another lie! I ask for dings and scratches to be fixed and I was told that some were to the metal and they couldnt repair those and the dent from the car door that hit me was larger than a quarter, so
But the topper is my side view mirror melted on top. I have 40,000 miles on the car, but supposedly I must have parked next to a window that acted as a magnifying glass and melted it. Wow, do they think I was born yesterday?? First it is garage kept and when driven goes to tennis courts, golf club, Publix etc. where is the magnifying glass? How long would it have to sit under this so-called
Magnifying Glass to melt it?
It takes them forever to call back and then they insult my intelligence and try to charge me $650 for a new side view mirror.
Crown Jaguar lies to its customers, does not live up to the certified car warranty, and tries to get you to pay for covered services.
They are not timely with their service calls and they make up ridiculous stories to get out of covering their cars.
I would never recommend them to anyone.
I would include photos, but they have my car.
They should just buy it back if they cant be an honorable car dealer. They make the reputation of shady car dealers really true.
Beware of Crown Car Companies, they are a bunch of crooks. |

| Summary: This is the third time Ive purchased a Jaguar from Jaguar Land Rover of St. Petersburg and I couldnt be happier. Working with Miroslav Ostojic, the Internet Sales Manager, was easy. Once we agreed on the vehicle and the price, he prepared all of the documents so that I could sign and drive. The process took less than an hour; the way it should always be. I love this car! |

| Summary: I had my car serviced last week at Crown Jaguar. Normal yearly maintenance. Sara Cribbs was my service advisor and has been for several years. She took excellent care of my car, even had it washed and vacuumed. I waited and was in and out in a little over an hour. |
