Extremely well communication by Chase Parr and Mark. They went above and beyond. They also installed all new tires without asking AFTER we bought the car. |

| Summary: I strongly advise against taking your vehicle for maintenance or repairs at this dealership. It took two visits to fix a tire, and instead of addressing the issue, they simply informed me that it was fine or suggested replacing the tire. Dirk, the service advisor, was extremely combative. I had to inform them about a recall on the tire. I had assumed Mercedes-Benz provided exceptional service, but this experience proved otherwise. |
