| Summary: Excellent customer service from Dirk Parris and every staff member I encountered, from being escorted into the building upon arrival and escorted to my car at the end. I was immediately waited on by Mr. Parris. Information was quickly gathered, and an explanation of services and expected costs provided. An uber was provided to take me to where I wanted to go, which was the mall to watch a movie. Received a call when my car was ready and another uber provided to pick me up. Took five minutes to check out and I was back in my car. I will always have my car serviced at Crown Eurocars, highly recommend! |
