| Summary: I had a great experience with Dirk in the service department at Crown Eurocar. He made the entire process of bringing my car in and getting it repaired incredibly easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he kept me updated.
He also arranged a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop, which made everything so much more convenient. Dirk was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. I really appreciated it! |

| Summary: Just a quick note to extend my deepest appreciation to the the sales staff at Crown Eurocars out in Pinellas FL. I just recently purchased a 2026 MB E53 and all business matters went flawlessly. I need to point out that our purchase was all conducted online and my sales rep, Mr Walid Abdulla, was incredibly helpful, expedient, knowledgable, and simply a great person to deal with. I reside in the Orlando area and certainly had many choices on where to make my purchase. The folks at Crown Eurocars offered me a great deal and just simply made the transaction smooth and stress-free.
