| Summary: I bought a 2020 E450 wagon (kind of a rare version) based on photos and Jasmin Rodriguez' help and travelled 4 hours to pick it up. The car was just as described but the cargo cover (a $1900 part!) was missing. It was a CPO car and the cargo cover is included with the car. They tried to find it but it wasn't in the shop and management was of no help (telling me I could find one on eBay for $1000!). Jasmin found and called the previous owner, picked it up at their house, and had it shipped to me.
Jasmin Rodriguez went out of her way to make things right. Her commitment to customer service earned her a 5 star rating. |
