Anders Margan was incredibly responsive from the start, answering all our questions and sending more detailed videos since we were coming from Orlando. The car was exactly as described, and any minor cosmetic items were documented and scheduled for service. The purchasing process was very transparent, fair, stress-free, and pricing did not push any outrageous fees you might see elsewhere. Marc in finance was equally great, walking us through options we had questions about and making the ownership transfer easy. We were in and out quickly, and the drive home in our CPO Mercedes GLE was amazing. We will continue our relationship with Crown Eurocars in the future and we highly recommend them for their professionalism, transparency, and great service. |
