| Summary: I strongly advise against taking your vehicle for maintenance or repairs at this dealership. It took two visits to fix a tire, and instead of addressing the issue, they simply informed me that it was fine or suggested replacing the tire. Dirk, the service advisor, was extremely combative. I had to inform them about a recall on the tire. I had assumed Mercedes-Benz provided exceptional service, but this experience proved otherwise. |

| Summary: Donald Shelton may be a new maintenance rep, but he doesn't show it. He's a great ambassador for the dealership. He communicates with customers, keeps them up to date if they choose to wait for repairs.
Don said the wait would take 90 minutes. It did, almost to the minute. He outlined the mechanical analysis of my GLK 350 and let me set the calendar for future service I need.
He's definitely a "keeper!" |
