| Summary: Well, this review has been a long time coming. So, back in January 2025, I was having an issue with my dashboard showing both a yellow "P", and the word "PARK" in red. In addition, each time I would put my car in park, the car would slide back several inches before stopping in place. I was told by Richard from the Service Department that the issue was the brake actuators, and that they would cost $936 to replace. I paid it. Yet as soon as I got home from the dealership, the PARK symbol showed on the dashboard again. I took my car back a second time, and this time they said it was an issue with the "ESP Module". They offered to take off the $936 from the cost of the ESP Module, but only if I went forward with replacing the module. The catch is that the module cost $2960 to replace. So even with the discount, I'd still be paying over $2000 extra. They refused to simply refund the $936. They also refused to replace the module at no additional cost, even though the misinformation about the cause of the issue was their own fault. So basically, my options were to either take the $936 loss, or pay an extra $2000 after the discount. I work hard to earn the little money I have, and $936 was a big hit to take for a problem that is still unsolved today, New Years Eve going into 2026. I tried staying in contact with Richard, but he was out of office for months at a time. I tried contacting Debbie who was also in the Service Department, but she didn't have any other options for me either. In short, I would NOT recommend the Crown Eurocars Service Department. |

| Summary: We have been buying Mercedes cars from Crown Eurocars for a while now and we just bought another one. Todays purchase was for a GT 63C4 and was assisted as usual by Matthew Morgan. | Summary: I purchased a 2022 AMG GT from out of state. Omar Rodriguez was the sale person that assisted in the transaction through the whole process. Omar was very helpful, courteous and professional through-out. Omar made himself available for the many questions and extra videos I requested. Omar also ensured a replacement emblem that was noticed missing was shipped to my home. I also worked with Marc Israel - Financial Services Manager that assisted in the out of state transaction and requirements to register the car outside of Florida. I have high regard for the professionalism of both of these gentlemen who fulfilled all of my expectations through-out challenges of an out or state purchase. Based on my experience I highly recommend Crown Eurocars. |
