| Summary: My GLC 300 is now one year old. Throughout this entire year I have been so pleased with the service I've received from Crown and my service rep, Richard Webb. He was always there to help me out with any questions or problems that arose. I just completed the first scheduled service, detailing and minor rim scratch repair. Richard Webb coordinated all these things beautifully, making sure I had a loaner car, and that my car was cared for every step of the way. I also thank Sasha and Alana, who assist Richard in getting things done right :-) |
