Let me start by saying this review does not reflect on my salesman, Matt Morgan, who was professional and easy to work with throughout the process. I purchased this vehicle because it appeared to be in excellent condition with low mileage, and the fact that it was on the lot of Crownknown for selling and servicing high-end vehiclesgave me confidence there would be no issues. I did note the vehicle had been on the lot for 73 days, which raised some concern, but I ultimately trusted the dealerships reputation. At the time of purchase, I was provided with an inspection report indicating the vehicle had been fully checked by their maintenance department. Combined with a clean Carfax, I felt comfortable paying a premium price. However, issues surfaced almost immediately. The day after purchase, I drove to Orlando and back and noticed the vehicle pulling to the right and the tires felt out of balance. When I checked the oil upon returning home, it was barely registering on the dipstick. The following day, I took the vehicle to Grease Monkey for a routine oil change and inspection. They found that both the engine air filter and cabin air filter needed replacementitem that should have already been addressed per the inspection report.(cabin filter not on list but should have been) I then took the vehicle to Mavis on 4th Street for alignment and tire balancing ahead of an upcoming trip. Their inspection revealed that the front right strut was leaking and needed replacement, which explains the pulling and alignment issues. Also the rear shock was leaking so a full set must be installed. (Struts were inspected for leaks, on report) With Both of these issues costing close to 2K. I am sharing this experience to encourage others to thoroughly inspect any used vehicle before purchasing. Do not assume that items listed on a dealership inspection report have actually been completed. I have updated my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Shortly after posting my original review, salesman Matt reached out and apologized for the inconvenience and the issues I experienced. Since I had to replace the struts and rear shocks, they requested a copy of the invoice. A few days later, they mailed me a check to cover the repairs. I was genuinely impressed by how this was handled and did not expect this level of follow-through. I appreciate their effort to make things right and want to thank everyone involved.

Great technical advisor in Richard Webb. He ordered the necessary part. And provided an Uber to take me home. When part was received, Richard advised when the repair was he would give me a time estimate as to when my car would be ready and asked if I would need transportation back to Crown. When car was repaired, road tested and the guy was waiting to be washed, Richard called and advised me and arranged for a Uber to pick me up. When I arrived to get my car, Richard advised what was done and arranged for my payment while he brought my car to me. I met phone number Richard at Crown 27 years ago when I bought my first new 2000 Mercedes S 500. You are lucky to have such a devoted man working for Crown all these years.

We spent an hour with Dallas as he took time explaining the involved screen display to us. With three ways of working all this information, it is complicated. Dallas was FANTASTIC! He was kind and took all the time necessary to help us. We never felt like he was rushing us or impatient with our many questions. We can't say enough good things about him.
