| Summary: I purchased a 2024 Mercedes from Omar Rodriguez. Soon after buying it, the car started having problems and has spent more time at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel than with me.
I first tried to bring it to the Pinellas location, but I did not receive any help. When Wesley Chapel inspected the vehicle, they found that the car had previously been in a crash. This was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase.
I spoke with the manager at the Pinellas location, and I was told there is nothing they can do because I already purchased the vehicle. I do not believe this is fair. I bought what I thought was my dream car, and instead it has become a nightmare.
I also purchased an expensive warranty, yet I have been without my vehicle multiple times due to ongoing repairs.
I wrote a formal letter to Mercedes-Benz corporate, and my request was rejected without a solution. |

Marc in the finance office was also great to work with on financing. The whole process was seamless. He is friendly, not pushy. The whole sales process was smooth. Tony was also great explaining the ins and outs of the specific model when we picked it up. We have also had good experiences bringing the car in for services. Recommend this dealership all the way around. |
