| Summary: I recently visited Crown Mercedes-Benz after my daughters car was unfortunately totaled in an accident. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Chris Hooker, who took the time to walk me through several options.
When I reached out to schedule a return visit with my daughter for test drives, Chris happened to be away at a Mercedes trainingbut he made sure we were taken care of by Anders Margan. That level of attention and follow-through truly stood out.
The entire team showed genuine compassion and care for our situation, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and even enjoyable. We felt supported every step of the way while finding the perfect, safe car for my daughter.
Im incredibly grateful and will absolutely return to Crown Mercedes-Benz for any future purchases. |

| Summary: This is the most professional and easiest dealership I have ever worked with! I called up and told him what type of vehicle I had an RS Q8 2024with only 7000 miles on it. They offered me more money than my dealer here in Sarasota , so I drove all the way to Saint Pete to trade it in to make an extra $4000 on their offer for my car trade-in. Once I arrived, I was met with a nice gentleman ,&he did a wonderful job showing me the defender. Range Rover took my car in. We did the whole deal in less than an hour and a half and I was back on the road to fight rush-hour back to Venice. I would highly recommend this dealership. They have some unbelievable cars there if youre looking for a unique vehicle thats the place to go! |

He made the deal with my car trade over the phone. We had the whole paperwork all done an hour and a half later I was out the door with my new vehicle! Thanks for the great work and your dealership. There is incredible. I love the unique vehicles you have in the showroom. |
