Everyone, especially my salesman, Zoltan Krempaszky, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and caring. Everything was very low key and businesslike. Mark Israel in Finance was also a breath of fresh air and could not have been more helpful.
For once, I can say that I enjoyed buying a car. |

| Summary: I bought a 2020 E450 wagon (kind of a rare version) based on photos and Jasmin Rodriguez' help and travelled 4 hours to pick it up. The car was just as described but the cargo cover (a $1900 part!) was missing. It was a CPO car and the cargo cover is included with the car. They tried to find it but it wasn't in the shop and management was of no help (telling me I could find one on eBay for $1000!). Jasmin found and called the previous owner, picked it up at their house, and had it shipped to me.
Jasmin Rodriguez went out of her way to make things right. Her commitment to customer service earned her a 5 star rating. |

| Summary: I had a great experience with the service department at this Mercedes dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-communicated. The service advisor, Dirk, took the time to clearly explain what was needed, kept me updated along the way, and made sure everything was handled efficiently.
The work was completed as promised, and my car was returned in excellent condition. Its clear the service team takes pride in their work and values customer trust. This is exactly the level of service I expect when owning a Mercedes.
I would absolutely recommend both the dealership and the service team, and I will continue to bring my vehicle here for future service needs. |
