| Summary: As always, Don in the Service Dept. has always taken care of me. He's a straightforward trustworthy individual who will tell you what needs to be done with your car. I appreciate the technicians going the extra mile trying to figure out complicated issues. While my car was at the dealership longer than initially expected, the dealership treated me with respect and kept me updated as they progressed through the fix. They are certainly one of the better Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Tampa Bay area. |

| Summary: Omar was an awesome salesperson to work with. He listened to my likes and dislikes and found me a GLE450 in the perfect exterior and interior color with the perfect options. He was easy to talk to and could answer all of my questions. I live in south Sarasota county and drove to Crown Eurocars because of my past positive experience with them. This visit did not disappoint and I can not say enough about my experience at Crown Eurocars and Omar. |

| Summary: I had been searching for quite some time to purchase a new Mercedes, and Ill admit I was quick to walk away from dealerships whenever I felt pressured, experienced poor service, or couldnt find exactly what I wanted. Im someone who knows what I need and values a straightforward, no-haggle, easy process.
After months of looking, I came across Crown and saw that Victor Lema had outstanding reviews. When I walked into the showroom, he was the one who approached me while I was checking out a vehicle I was interested in test driving and thats when everything changed.
Within less than an hour, I had test-driven the car and was able to move forward with exactly what I was looking for. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly stress-free, very similar to the great experience I had years ago when I purchased my last Mercedes in Texas.
From Victor to the managers, Tony in tech, and Rob in finance, the whole team made the process seamless. After driving my previous Mercedes for 10 years, I knew it was time for an upgrade, and I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend! |
