We were out of state internet buyers (new Grand Highlander) We had to pre-register our own vehicle, paying all the fees and taxes. After removing one fee we questioned from our sales sheet they left the $699 doc fee. This is usually for registering etc the vehicle. The finance manager, Richard Greenway, retained this money, saying it was for 7 yrs digital storage and commissions for non-salespersons. Then he asked us to follow a salesman to a gas station so he could fill our new $56k, 2026 Hybrid Grand Highlander with gas. Ive never been treated worse at a dealership. Try Balise.
