| Summary: I had my 2023 Corolla LE in for a 4-wheel alignment. I waited in the dealership - that offers free tea and coffee - and the work was done in less than an hour. Cassie Cloutier was my service rep. Also - setting up my appointment on line was very easy. I also printed and brought in a $20 off alignment coupon! Great experience! |

| Summary: If I could give less I would. At first they seemed perfect. Everyone was nice. Car came in early. Communication was ok. We picked up our car on a Saturday. That was the last good part. When filling out the loan docs they made a mistake with the VIN number. Ok mistakes happen but then communication stopped. They had a driver bring the check to us so we could get another issued by our bank. We did that right away. Called to let them know when the new check was here. It took two days to get someone to come get it. Ok now we are passed the days to register the car. They had to send a new P&S so we would covered by insurance . Then we had issues with our registration. Again extremely poor communication. It took over another week maybe more and way more hours on the phone, multiple managers and still no registration. They had to send another P&S so I would be covered by insurance . Finally got to the general manager Riley and we spoke and he was going to fix everything. They were holding my money and then kept money that they shouldnt have to do with the registration. Riley made commitments but never followed through. I called and called and totally ghosted. I would have given zero stars if I could. Run do not go there do not count on good service. |

I have put in multiple calls to Ed Ramos and still have not heard from him. On March 4, 2026 I had my car serviced and paid a diagnostic fee of $179 for nothing! Supposedly a full charge was done on my battery and when the next morning I go out to get in the car, it won't start. I am going to buy a charge meter but I still shouldn't have to deal with this parasitic drain waiting on return phone call from Ed Ramos to see if he can do a DCM reset firmware update to reduce parasitic draw... or it could be the only aftermarket piece in the car is the remote starter?!
So disgusted I bought a brand new car because I have a relative that is dying from cancer and I didn't want any car troubles and that's all I've had since I picked up this car on March 2024 |
