Fear of hassle, being overwhelmed and taken advantage of. The moment I met Jason at Crown, all fears were gone. His vast experience of the Jeep brand was presented thoroughly, and in laymans terms. He presented himself, the brand and the dealership in an honest way, delivering confidence throughout the very short buying process. My deal was fair and without conflict.
