| Summary: Although I purchased the vehicle from another dealership, I was greeted warmly and the attention to my vehicle and my concern was addressed to the fullest. I had taken the car to a more local shop for the periodic maintenance inspection, but owing to a recall issue I decided to take to a dealership for inspection. That I had already changed the oil and personally replaced the air and cabin filter, things typically part of an inspection service at my mileage, seemed to make no difference in how me and my vehicle we treated and managed. I'm most impressed. |

Didnt try to upsell on services on the spot, however he outlined some items we will want to keep an eye on in the future (and prepare for next winter). Will definitely schedule future appointments with him. |

| Summary: Had an excellent experience at the Crown CJDR Service Center. We worked with Jon Allen and he was fantastic! Not only was he charming and personable, he was very knowledgeable and patient - making sure we understood everything, including timing and cost. I will definitely be coming back for future car maintenance. |
