| Summary: Everything went smoothly. I arrived at the dealership and spoke to My service person, Jon Allen. Jon had already reviewed the maintenance history on my car and knew exactly what I needed. Then Jon asked if I was going to be waiting for the vehicle or need a ride to someplace else. After that discussion, Jon advised me to be about an hour.
Almost exactly one hour later Jon came in and told me the car was ready. While checking out Jon advised me of the status of the vehicle and some periodic maintenance that needs to be done with the next oil change.
All in all, Jon was very efficient and pleasant. I strongly suggest that anybody new to the dealership ask for him as Jon definitely knows how to treat customers |

| Summary: Worked with Jason, who claimed to be a manager. Over the phone for multiple days. Finally, I get the numbers close, so I decide to head in. He sends me to Carmax to get my trade-in appraised, which already annoyed me. Talking to other dealers who didn't have me do that. I get the trade appraised and am heading to the dealership with my offer, and Jason texts me to let me know the Truck im coming in to look at is a manager demo its not even at the dealership, and it has 1500 miles on it. I left work early, drove an hour, and wasted my evening. They also have this truck listed online at full price, and it shows no miles. His plan all along was to just get me in and settle for a truck I dont want. |
