| Summary: Purchased a Ford Explorer ST from Crown Jeep. Through the entire process my man Craig Gowitzka was fantastic to work with. No pressure, extremely knowledgeable, and made the process from start to finish run seamlessly.
On top of that, he is upfront and honest. Bought the vehicle I wanted AND felt good about the price I paid. You can't ask for more than that, and it happened due to Craig and his ability to make the deal happen. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from Crown, I would highly recommend Craig!! |

My service department advisor Billy Petikas did his usual excellent job of taking care of everything, and making sure the repair was done correctly and that I was totally satisfied with all aspects of the visit. Cannot recommend Crown Ram and its employees enough. They care and will do everything they can to make sure their customers needs are met. |

He was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond, he even washed my car so it was sparkly clean just in time for Christmas. That extra touch truly made my day.
