| Summary: Excellent service. Wasnt looking forward to changing my oil with the upcoming weather this weekend so called Crown and they were able to get me in very quickly. Appointment was for 1:30, they had oil change and the two open recalls taken care of by 3:00. Overall a better experience than the previous Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealer weve had experience with my wife's Jeep. She will likely be switching service centers as well. |
