Dealing with the salesperson, Jason, was excellenthe was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. I really appreciated how smooth everything went from start to finish. Very happy with my new car and would definitely recommend this dealership |

| Summary: My jeep had a recall and it took 2 months to get the parts. The length of time wasnt Crown's issue it was Jeep. Customer service was great in that Crown got me a rental car, and quickly fixed the jeep once the parts came in. The area of improvement would be continual updates. I had to ask for updates weekly on the status of the parts, i think when there is significant delays Crown should be proactively giving me weekly updates |
