Very friendly and professional, answered all of our questions which made the process very easy and quick. Will definitely recommend everyone to go to him. | Summary: Originally I was happy with how quickly they were able to get my truck in for service. I typically do my own oil changes but I had two recalls so decided to have them do an oil change and recalls at once. My tailgate is now worse to open after fixing the recall. The bigger issue, I started noticing spots on my driveway, crawled under the truck and my oil filter was barely hanging on. There is hand tight, and then there is hand started, who knows how many more miles I had before this filter wouldve worked its way off. So now Im spending my free time trying to get the oil spots out of my driveway and cleaned up off my rack and pinion system. Called Saturday to speak with a service manager if anyone checked or checks the techs work, magically none were available and have not heard back from anyone. I guess well be looking for yet another Ram & Jeep dealer for our vehicles. |

| Summary: I don't even know where to start at how bad of a dealership company everything all around this place is I have bought a brand new jeep 2023 and have had nothing and I repeat nothing but problems with the Jeep four sets of rotors already one set of brakes already my completely media screen everything is just completely blacked out every other week. I've had the car in the shop more than I've had the car out of the shop they can't ever seem to fix anything and then they still charge you $150 every single time and they fix nothing. It's absolutely terrible Jeep should've never it was a lemon basically they show me a lemon at the end of the day. I should've got a brand new fucking jeep. Point blank when the car has that many problems so many times over and over and over again that are not user problems. It's not me doing it I'm not ruining four sets of rotors in under a year and I mean it's just one thing after another. I order a heated seat cover because my heated seat went out. It's been there for going on six months now they called me telling me they were going to return it if I didn't schedule an appointment to get it put in I take it up there to get it put in and it sat there for three days before I had to have my uncle go up there and say what the fuck is going on and they said well it could be another four or five days who knows how long till we get to it and it's still never been completed it's still sitting there. I paid $1000 for it. It's just sitting there. They've never done nothing about it. Terrible. I would never recommend this Jeep dealership if my life depended on it I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited to see if they could somehow make amends and do the right thing but it's just over and over and over and over again it's all wrong. There's nothing ever done right never not once ever. |
