| Summary: The service department here is terrible. I purchased my car from this dealership so I scheduled my 20,000 mile service with this dealership, basic oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection, I had a 10:15am appointment and was told it was going to be about 2 hours after 3 hours I called them and was told they would call me in 45 minutes, I was given no updates or anything on the car, I had to call them for everything and over 4 hours after my scheduled appointment I finally got my car back. |

| Summary: I had a great experience working with Jack G. as my car salesman. From the moment I arrived, he was genuinely nice, personable, and easy to talk to. He struck the perfect balance of being friendly and professional, making the entire process feel comfortable and stressfree.
Jack was incredibly attentive throughout my visit. He listened closely to what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt heard and supported every step of the way. What stood out most was how he tried to connect with me as a person, not just a customersomething you dont always get in car buying.
If youre looking for someone who truly cares about your experience and takes the time to understand your needs, I highly recommend working with Jack G. |

| Summary: Fuimos a preguntar por una RAV4 y no tenamos planeado comprar un carro en ese momento. Sin embargo, Ana fue tan honesta y transparente que decidimos llevarnos uno a casa ese mismo da.
Ella fue extremadamente servicial, hizo que todo el proceso fuera fcil y respondi todas nuestras preguntas.
A diferencia de otras experiencias que he tenido en concesionarios donde los precios cambian o aparecen cargos extra al momento de firmar, aqu no fue as en absoluto. Todo fue claro y exactamente como se haba hablado.
