| Summary: ANA COLLADO is totally awesome! I walked in for an oil change, met with Ana and came out with an upgraded RAV 4 and it was within my budget. Ana understood my concerns and was super knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and went out of her way to show me the many new features of my new RAV4. It wasnt just about the sale for her. She made sure I was happy and stayed after hours to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Thank you Anna! It was really a pleasure working with you. | Summary: 2023 Highlander 1.6 years old took in for a standard oil change and inspection and service representative would not honor $10 Lia Inspection. In addition other recommendations totaling $2500 were not required which I declined. Since purchasing this vehicle it appears the service staff are simply trained to sale services that may not be required at the moment. Establish a customer first for maintenance, the customer already owns the vehicle they will simply go else where! |
