| Summary: Excellent that they contacted me to schedule a service I had purchased. Polite and helpful in every way. Many, many reminders about my appt. When I arrived I was told the car needed to stay dry for 72 hours. Fortunately I have a garage, the weather was clear and I didn't need to go anywhere when it was raining. In all the calls and notifications, the information on the drying time was never shared. |
