Summary: Fuimos a preguntar por una RAV4 y no tenamos planeado comprar un carro en ese momento. Sin embargo, Ana fue tan honesta y transparente que decidimos llevarnos uno a casa ese mismo da. Ella fue extremadamente servicial, hizo que todo el proceso fuera fcil y respondi todas nuestras preguntas. A diferencia de otras experiencias que he tenido en concesionarios donde los precios cambian o aparecen cargos extra al momento de firmar, aqu no fue as en absoluto. Todo fue claro y exactamente como se haba hablado. Realmente apreciamos su profesionalismo y honestidad. Gracias, Ana!
