| Summary: Scheduling service is easy. Reception was quick. One concern is I mentioned several concerns when I scheduled my appointment. When I when to pay, the advisor didn't follow up on all concerns even though they were listed on the computer as per cashier .
Another concert is with "suggested" repairs. The adviser listed "scheduled" items without checking if they were done. This makes me feel like a sales scam to push unnecessary or already done services.
Customer needs to be aware or previous work and think with their heads about what work is really needed and what is just suggested |

| Summary: I had a good experience with Lila Toyota recently. Ralph Russo helped me. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I have a 2011 Toyota Camry and I had some suspension work done on the car, front struts, bushings, ball joints, control arms, wheel alignment. After all the work was done, the car runs good. I'm happy with the service at Lia Toyota. |

He made sure everything was clear and handled seamlessly from start to finish. The car was delivered in perfect condition, and I couldnt be happier with both the vehicle and the service. | Summary: From the moment I stepped into the showroom at Lia Toyota I knew that this was the car dealership for me. Junior Jimenez greeted me and in his casual demeanor proceeded to ask what brought me in. Fast forward three days later I drove away in my new 2026 Toyota bZ. Junior was not only warm & friendly but he was also experienced & knowledgeable. Once the papers were signed the excellent service continued beyond measure. He went above & beyond anything Ive ever experienced and he was genuine. The car is a dream come true and Junior was outstanding. So hurry into LIA Toyota and GO PLACES!!
