On Monday, April 20 I had an appointment for my 2025 tundra for a recall I mentioned to the service agent please check my front and rear tire. He returned and told me I had a nail on the front right tire was not able to fix had to purchase a new one For $399 I asked him also to check the rear driver side tire. He told me that the mechanic said the tire was fine. When I left, I went to my local tire shop. He checked the front right tire added a patch to it. Then he proceeded to check the rear driver side tire and found a big nail in it, which is Service agent. Mentioned the mechanic said it was fine. The mechanic never checked the rear tire just added air meanwhile outside the dealership at my local tire shop they fix both ties for $60. Unbelievable how are we supposed to trust the dealership if all they wanna do is rip us off instead of dealership, trying to rip you off why dont they try to please the customer so the customer trust you to return for more service

I had an outstanding experience at Lia Toyota of Rockland thanks to Jennifer Emmett, Business Manager, and Raheem Moncrieffe, Sales Consultant. They assisted me with trading in my 2018 RAV4 and purchasing my brand new 2026 Toyota Sequoia, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Both Jennifer and Raheem were extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect, patience, and genuine care, making sure all my questions were answered without any pressure. What stood out the most was their discretion, honesty, and dedication to providing excellent service. They truly made this experience stress-free and enjoyable. Sergio seems to be the service host that I would have to see moving forward because he is thorough. This is the kindest I can say right now. I did not have Sergio in my last appt. Luckily the service managers have supported appropriate service decisions based on some of my experiences there. But, moving forward, Im going to ask for Sergio.

This was my 3rd visit for routine service on my RAV4. The service was outstanding. Rachel Adelman met me by my car and introduced herself immediately. She advised the approximate time for the service and asked if I had a questions or concerns. She is extremely professional - you are lucky to have her on your team.
