Desde el principio todo el proceso fue muy profesional y tranquilo gracias al gerente de ventas, Scott, quien hizo que todo fuera claro y sin estrs. Pero quiero agradecer especialmente a Ana Collado, mi representante de ventas. Ana es increble en lo que hace. Fue sper amable, paciente y siempre dispuesta a ayudarme con cualquier duda. De verdad se tom el tiempo para explicarme todo bien y asegurarse de que encontrara el carro perfecto para m. Se nota que le gusta su trabajo y que realmente le importa ayudar a sus clientes. | Summary: I recently purchased a 2026 Camry XLE here and had a very positive experience overall. There was a bit of confusion when the original car changed without my knowledge due to a safety recall, but my sales rep (Jack G) handled everything incredibly well. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to find a replacement that was in stock. I really appreciated how easy he was to work with throughout the process.
The finance person was also great - quick, efficient, and very easy to deal with, which helped wrap everything up smoothly.
Even with a few bumps in the road, the teams professionalism and helpfulness made the experience a good one, and Im happy with how everything turned out. It's my first Toyota and I'm very happy with the car so far! Id definitely recommend them. |

| Summary: We just purchased a new 2026 RAV4 Limited from Lia Toyota of Rockland and had a wonderful experience as usual. This is the 4th Toyota that we purchased from this dealership, and their sales staff and customer service are wonderful. Our saleswoman, Ana Collado, was great both during the initial order and delivery of the vehicle. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and made the process so easy. Well definitely be back for future purchases. |

| Summary: I had my Toyota towed to Lia Toyota because it would not start. I had to leave it over the weekend. They installed a new battery. This was the second battery in 3 years
Rachel Adelman in the service department was the most rude person I ever dealt with at Lia Toyota. She told me my car was ready Saturday but it still did not start. She blamed me for putting the wrong gas in my car. Whatever was wrong she spoke down to me and dismissed me. Unlike the rest of Lia's staff, this girl does not have respect for customers. She is a little girl trying to give orders to customers. |
