| Summary: Just another dealer that will post fake ads and lie to you about availability just to get you to come to their dealership. I saw a car online that they supposedly had, and entered my info to find out if it was still available. Then I got an email from Sarah McKay saying, "Great newsthe vehicle you're looking at is currently available in our inventory." Blah, blah, Blah. But when I talk to a girl named Jaylen at the dealership, she tells me that car was sold... probably in November. It's February 3rd!!! When I call to speak with Sarah McKay, the person who answers doesn't tell me the truth and instead makes me think I'm being forwarded to Sarah McKay. But no! I'm forwarded to Jaylen, who tells me Sarah McKay is "the automated system" and apparently not even a real person. So let's summarize:
1 - This dealer has an ad posted for a car that hasn't been available for months.
2 - This dealer sent me an email claiming to be from a fictional employee.
3 - This dealer sent me an email telling me the car is there and available, when it is neither.
4 - This dealer kept the lie going by not immediately telling me when I called and asked for Sarah McKay that the person does not exist.
Why would anyone want to deal with such unethical behavior? There are PLENTY of other cars and dealers out there. |

| Summary: Just purchased a car from Rockland this past week.
After a two week search of the right vehicle for me Jennifer was nothing but amazing to work with.
From my initial contact to the delivery of the vehicle.
I worked with her from start to finish 2 hours apart.
She was there assuring me from start to finish. She went over and above any expectation of buying a vehicle, no run around, straight forward and honest from the get go! I will definitely go back to her when searching for another vehicle.
She's definitely a 10 out of 10.
Rahem the sales person was also, kind, friendly and kept me in the loop every step of the way. |

| Summary: I rarely write reviews, but its truly rare to encounter a group of people who understand that what they do is more than just a job.
From the moment you walk in, especially escaping this awfully cold weather and stepping into the warm CLEAN caf corner, you can feel that something different is happening. Slowly, the experience unfolds and the magic becomes evident.
Raheem, salesman, went above and beyond by physically assisting with everything from snow removal to helping bring in a trade-in truck, without hesitation. Then theres Jen, the finance guru. Her knowledge makes the entire experience very comfortable and timely. She genuinely changes lives and somehow makes it look effortless, all while gracefully handling a nonstop stream of questions from well, everyone! Her poise, knowledge, and willingness to help are unmatched. I will only purchase here from now on.
At Lia Toyota, I truly felt that the safety and reliability of my familys vehicle was taken seriously. That level of care matters and it does not go unnoticed.
I genuinely enjoyed my experience and I am grateful. This team sets the standard for what a car buying experience should feel like. |

Sales team is ok. Detailing is horrible. Used car still had animal hair & hair products left from previous owner. The things I'm finding are disgusting. I asked several times for the car to be cleaned before purchase. Never experienced this before when buying a used car |
