On Monday, April 20 I had an appointment for my 2025 tundra for a recall I mentioned to the service agent please check my front and rear tire. He returned and told me I had a nail on the front right tire was not able to fix had to purchase a new one For $399 I asked him also to check the rear driver side tire. He told me that the mechanic said the tire was fine. When I left, I went to my local tire shop. He checked the front right tire added a patch to it. Then he proceeded to check the rear driver side tire and found a big nail in it, which is Service agent. Mentioned the mechanic said it was fine. The mechanic never checked the rear tire just added air meanwhile outside the dealership at my local tire shop they fix both ties for $60. Unbelievable how are we supposed to trust the dealership if all they wanna do is rip us off instead of dealership, trying to rip you off why dont they try to please the customer so the customer trust you to return for more service
