Summary:
My experience at Lia Toyota of Rockland was amazing. I knew what I wanted ahead of time, ensured they had my desired vehicle in stock, came in for a test drive and the rest is history. Raheem was a great salesperson answering all questions and being transparent throughout the process. Within a few hours, I drove out of the dealership with my desired vehicle. Thanks Raheem. Thanks Lia Toyota of Rockland

As soon as I pulled in I was greeted! I worked with Samantha as my Service Advisor. Samantha kept me informed during The Service and called me as soon as the car was ready. She told me to make sure I bring the car before the odometer hits 25k to get my last complimentary service What I do like about Lia Toyota they don't push to perform unnecessary service. What I really appreciated was the ability to see my car being worked on!

Alright where do I begin like a month ago I brought my dads car in to get an inspection done the service advisor Rachel was very rude she went into the service area said that I was here at Toyota then has to grab the dispatcher tom to see what I was doing and I said an inspection so it took about an hour to get a service advisor to help but also the guy that was helping me was very disrespectful I know that I quit over there from a previous manger that was there but still you dont need to be rude to paying customers also I would mention that the car was sitting in the shop for over an hour not touched and I said how much longer and they did it and brought it out would I also mention that the person who rang me up charged me and extra $40 For basically nothing I already know Im not bringing my vehicles and my parents cars back here ever again Im gonna go somewhere where Im being respected thats why I had put the 1 star I would give zero stars if I could

Title: Terrible experience with the Sales Mana

Summary:
Terrible experience with the Sales Manager Scott. He was very rude. He lied to me more than once during our talks about my concerns for the vehicle(Nissan Titan) I was looking to purchase. Carfax showed 5 owners. The truck was missing several key trim pieces that prevent issues over time. The trucks fluids were not at the necessary levels. The front bumper, were it meets the hood and grill area was way off in the way it's supposed to line up despite the Carfax saying no accidents. There were 2 major dents that need complete body work and paint done. I also scanned the vehicle for its history of DTC codes. My scanner shows codes of all past and present as well as any codes that has been cleared/erased. The vehicle had a quite a few concerning DTC codes. I did my inspection of the vehicle with the salesman Chris present. He saw everything that I saw during the walk around and the DTC codes. I presented all the issues to the manager Scott and asked if he can come to a happy medium with me to compensate for some of the issues. He said that all the issues were taken into consideration with the Carfax market price. I mentioned the Carfax report did not take into consideration the dents, missing pieces, paint, codes, etc. He said I didn't know what I was talking about and that Carfax knows about everything. I said I'm sorry but I disagree with you, all that was given to Carfax was the Vin# and in turn prices the value based off records. I said that none of the other problems with the truck were taken into account, again Scott insisted in a rude way that "everything is right here in the Carfax and I'm also $2,200+ in the hole on this truck and I am doing nothing more except replacing the battery, which I convinced him it was needed "I'll charge it to our sister dealership". He then said, you're asking me to take off thousands for these issues. No Scott, I did not say that at all you're lying. I said I do not expect any used vehicle to be perfect and I'm fine with that, what I'm asking is let us find a happy medium on the price to make up for a few concerns. Scott then told me, don't buy the truck then. Wow, I'm trying to make this work Scott. Scott was very rude and said things to me that made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I got the feeling that he didn't want to be bothered at all with me, looking at the time on his watch multiple times. I'm an educated car buyer I don't think he liked that by the way he was speaking to me. He lied about Carfax values, the value of his truck and he could care less about trying to get this deal done. All he kept saying was , I'm $2,200 in the hole. Well Scott, I'm sorry, not my problem and don't take it out on me for asking to find a happy medium between us to buy the truck. FAST FORWARD, I went home with such a sour taste in my mouth the way Scott spoke to me about this truck that I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and research his asking price to sell...I logged into my Carfax account, input ONLY the VIN # of the truck. Carfax estimates the truck at $20,100 retail. Scott's price -$20,120 hmmmm you said Carfax "knows" all about the dents and issues. All I did was input the Vin# only. Major lie. To verify your lie. I then input as if you were buying the car from me. I used the exact milage, vin# and input that the truck had dents, I put in the exact size and paint issues. I was very conservative inputing conditions, again giving him the benefit of the doubt. So now, with conditions attached, Carfax gave a retail trade in value of $14,200, MAJOR DIFFERENCE . I proved that there differences between VIN# only and pricing with conditions involved. Normally, I wouldn't care if a vehicle doesn't work out at a dealer. I'll move on. It was the way a manager handled the entire scenario and lied to me, the rudeness, making me feel I didn't know what I was talking about, not liking dealing with an educated buyer. I hope the right people read this bad experience. I feel bad for Chris as a lot of time was wasted.

Samantha B provided great customer service, kept me informed on when my car would be ready. She told me it was important to bring the car back before the odometer hit 25,001 miles to get my last free service. (And the Due Date as well) The tires were actually rotated during this service. It would be nice if they provided a copy of the Multi Point Inspection.
