| Summary: I was advised by the service department that coolant service is required every 30,000 miles to maintain warranty coverage on my 2023 Toyota Sienna.
When I asked for documentation, none could be provided. After reviewing Toyotas official maintenance schedule and warranty guide, the first coolant service is listed at 100,000 miles.
I was also recommended throttle body and fuel injection services as well but these items do not appear in Toyotas scheduled maintenance requirements either.
Recommending additional services is understandable, but presenting them as necessary for warranty compliance without supporting documentation is misleading. I encourage customers to verify maintenance requirements directly with Toyota before approving any additional work. |

She carefully went over all the features of the car and, when she wasnt sure about something, she took the initiative to look it up or ask for help so we had the right information.
Thanks to Lisette, we were able to purchase the very first Toyota C-HR XSE sold by Lia Toyota of Rocklandand we absolutely love it. Its a fantastic EV.

| Summary: A huge THANK YOU to Raheem for putting up for my determination to get the RAV4 hybrid and the indecision that followed when it wasnt an option. He was patient and caring as he listened to all the features we wanted in a car. As he suggested other options, he was attentive to what we shared, and even made the experience fun with jokes along the way!
Also a SHOUT OUT to Guillermo who helped with all the paperwork, and made this as seamless a process as possible! He explained everything in an easy way to understand and really worked on solidifying a package would make sense for us.
We really appreciated the time and effort these two put in to making our first car purchase special! Highly recommend asking for them when you schedule an appointment or walk-in. Theyll make sure youre all set!
