I recently completed the purchase of a new 2026 Toyota Crown Nightshade at Lia Toyota, and the experience was truly first-class thanks to my sales consultant, Raheem.
The new Crown Nightshade is everything I hoped forthe striking black accents and bold styling give this hybrid sedan an incredible road presence, and the impressive fuel economy is the perfect bonus. The car itself is a fantastic blend of unique style and Toyota's renowned quality.
However, it was Raheem who made the entire process exceptional. He was genuinely knowledgeable about the car, able to answer every detailed question I had about the Nightshade trim's features and the hybrid system. He was incredibly attentive to my needs and preferences, and perhaps most importantly, he was always on top of the whole sales process. From the initial test drive to finalizing the paperwork, I never had to wonder about the next step. He kept everything moving smoothly, professionally, and politely.

Jennifer Emmet the business manager is absolutely lovely, she went over all my options in a transparent manner explaining every detail along the way.
