He was patient and caring as he listened to all the features we wanted in a car. As he suggested other options, he was attentive to what we shared, and even made the experience fun with jokes along the way! Also a SHOUT OUT to Guillermo who helped with all the paperwork, and made this as seamless a process as possible! He explained everything in an easy way to understand and really worked on solidifying a package would make sense for us.
