| Summary: My experience at Lia Toyota is always pleasant. The service people are very understanding and polite and helpful as they can be.
My present concern is why the Mileage on my 2025 XLe Front Wheel Dr., Camry is so far below Toyota advertised Mileage. I have mixed driving and my miles per gallon are 39.5. I am continuing to monitor the situation and looking for an answer. |

| Summary: I cant say enough good things about Sam Pal. A few years ago, I first spoke with him when I was looking for a Toyota Sienna. At the time, it didnt work out and he wasnt able to help me but what really stood out is that three years later, when he reached out again today, he did so in such a genuinely kind and respectful way that I was actually happy to hear from him!
His recent cold call was anything but pushy. It was soft, professional, and thoughtful it immediately reminded me why I enjoyed dealing with him back then. Sam has truly amazing sales and communication skills, paired with a sweet, pleasant personality that makes every interaction feel comfortable and positive.
Hes the kind of salesperson who leaves a great impression, even years later. Wishing Sam the very best of luck Lia Toyota of Rockland is lucky to have him! |

He greets you with a smile, listens to your issue, asks pertinent questions and always keeps you posted on the work being performed. He is knowledgeable and will always go beyond to assist you with warranty questions. Amazing how he makes you feel you are his only customer while you know he has another 10 he is helping. Ralph displays the Lia Toyota customer satisfaction goals. Excellent experience |
