| Summary: Lia has gained a family of returning customers. We worked with Joseph Constable to buy two new Toyotas, and he was wonderful. He was fair and knowledgeable, and worked hard to help us find new cars that worked for our family! Jennifer Emmett in finance was fantastic, too. She explained everything and made it easy to understand (and she got us a better rate than we were expecting) ! I also have to give a shoutout to Melissa in the service department. Last month, our older car wouldnt start and I was 8 months pregnant solo parenting for the weekend. When I called the service department, she went out of her way to help. Totally above and beyond!
We could not recommend Lia enough. 10/10 all around! |

He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable that I'd say the experience was not just painless but an absolute pleasure. Everyone, from a Mr. Lia who runs the place and sets the atmosphere, to the woman at the front desk was incredibly polite, helpful, and even humorous! I'll buy my next car there. | Summary: Fuimos a preguntar por una RAV4 y no tenamos planeado comprar un carro en ese momento. Sin embargo, Ana fue tan honesta y transparente que decidimos llevarnos uno a casa ese mismo da.
Ella fue extremadamente servicial, hizo que todo el proceso fuera fcil y respondi todas nuestras preguntas.
A diferencia de otras experiencias que he tenido en concesionarios donde los precios cambian o aparecen cargos extra al momento de firmar, aqu no fue as en absoluto. Todo fue claro y exactamente como se haba hablado.
Realmente apreciamos su profesionalismo y honestidad. Gracias, Ana! |
