The appointment system is very simple. From the moment we arrived for our appointment, Sergio greeted us very kindly and told us what work needed to be done. We waited there and had coffee. The wait time was adequate, and the lady at the checkout was also very kind and friendly. I recommend it.

Lia Toyota is by far one of the most unprofessional dealerships i have ever been to. My vehicle has been with the dealership for a week with minimal updates and when i call to speak with a manager they are either unavailable or I get hung up on. This morning i called for an update and was fed excuse after excuse for why the manager or the service rep could not speak to me. I was placed on hold then hung up on. When i called back, obviously annoyed, i was told that there are no updates for my vehicle. And that if patience doesnt work for me then thats too bad I asked to have my vehicle ready for pick up so that i may go elsewhere for service since Lia is clearly unable to fix my vehicle, was told that my vehicle is not ready to go. I asked again for an update, was told they are unable to give me one. I will be contacting Toyota corporate about my experience and Lias treatment. I paid for a warranty that is still very valid and Lia just wants to play games. Service advisor Rachel lies about my car being fixed and whoever i spoke with this morning ( she conveniently didnt mention her name) is extremely unprofessional with her attitude. This is the last straw after multiple other issues Ive experienced at Lia such as: being charged for oil changes while i had Toyota care plus as well as having a bolt left out after an oil change and almost losing my oil pan and then most recently the codes Ive come in for being simply just shut off and not actually fixed. Its clear that Lia does not care about their customers.

Worth the 35 minute drive for exceptional service. My closest Toyota Dealership is 6 min away but Ive been driving to Lia Toyota of Rockland specifically for their parts department. Gabe, in particular, has been a huge help every time. His customer service is second to none. I highly recommend this dealership if youre looking for reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable service!
