| Summary: We were interested in an A6 before going to the dealership. When we walked in, Cary Callahan asked if she could help my wife, Beccy, and me. We asked some preliminary questions and told her that we were looking for a blue car with a brown interior. They had one on the lot but it had more features than we wanted and was priced accordingly. After a little back and forth (which Cary handled nicely), we arrived at a point where both parties were satisfied. We also were able to trade in our 2018 Audi TT convertible as part of the process. We were a little disappointed in what we received in trade because the TT is in remarkable condition and I believe we could have sold it for a lot more on our own. However, we felt the deal was good enough and decided to avoid the hassle of selling it ourselves. |

| Summary: I am having a nightmare problem with Safelite on a windshield replacement. They cant recalibrate my safety system giving me multiple never ending alerts in my car. Mandy offered to have a technician inspect the work. He found several defects in the replacement windshield and told me they erroneously caused these alerts. After going back to Safelite they agreed to replace the windshield and pay Audi if they cannot do the recalibration. |

She took the time to answer all my questions, explained every option clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The experience was made even better by the finance manager Ryan Wolfe, who was equally fantastic. He explained all the financing details in a clear, transparent way, worked hard to find the best options for me, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Everything was straightforward and easy to understand.
Together, they made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. I truly appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service from both of them.
