| Summary: My Audi began to give me the screens with the initial welcome to Audi messages and asking for comments all of which was two years late and took time to eliminate every time I started the car annoying inconvenience. In addition, the feature which has the car unlock when I approach with the key in my pocket stopped working. Mandy Walters of the Clearwater Audi Service Department managed the resolution professionally and timely, keeping me informed along the way. Great service and successful resolution to both issues. Best service I have encountered at any dealership in my 60+ years of driving! |

| Summary: Exceptional experience when I purchased my Audi however, now that I have service related issue, it has been impossible to speak with a service advisor. Four attempts and I was assured someone would call me back and nothing. Very poor communication to say the least. I will be taking the vehicle for service elsewhere.
Additional reply: I called and had to leave a voicemail Mr Emery and also sent him an email after his online response to my original review. To no surprise, I did not get a call or email back. |
