| Summary: I've purchased cars from many dealerships over the years, but my experience with Audi Clearwater stands in a category of its own.
After experiencing some concerns following my purchase, I wasn't sure how the dealership would respond. What happened next is why I'm writing this review. Every issue was addressed with professionalism, care, and complete follow-through honoring every commitment made, down to the last detail. Not a single thing fell through the cracks.
What I experienced wasn't just problem-solving it was integrity in action. In an industry where customers can sometimes feel like a transaction, this team treated me like a person whose trust genuinely mattered. They turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that actually deepened my confidence in this dealership.
I also want to specifically recognize the people who made this experience exceptional. Ryan Callahan, New Car Sales Manager, was the driving force behind making things right proactive, fair, and genuinely committed to my satisfaction. Joe Osmani, my sales representative, was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning attentive, knowledgeable, and truly focused on finding the right fit for me. And Chris Grow in Finance made what is often the most stressful part of a car purchase feel completely comfortable personable, transparent, and never once pushy.

| Summary: Flat tire had me coming in two days earlier for my car service. Mandy Walters assisted my check in. She remembers me from 4 years ago which was a surprise. She got me in to change the spare and put on a new tire. She was able to slide me in to also fix what I had an appointment for 2 days later, saving me another trip in to Audi. Arriving first thing in the morning was a blessing. As I was sitting waiting, she asked if I wanted water while I waited. No need for me to get up from my comfortable chair, she retrieved a bottle from the frig for me. She walked me to my car when all was done. Free car wash included. This is service and care from long ago you never see anymore. I bought my Audi here years ago. Still love it. Service here is top notch for years. Thank you |
