Currently on week 5 of one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a car dealership. I preface this by saying that everyone I have spoken to in person has been very pleasant I am guessing are working hard its just as a first time Audi owner I thought I would get better service. Bought an Audi ETRON GT from another Audi and shipped it here. It didn't charge on its first charge. I took it to this Audi Clearwater and was given an enterprise Buick rental and over 2 weeks of almost no communication. I was told they were busy and would get to it. I called and it was never returned. Finally they said they had the part and I was hopeful to get it back that week. They then the next day said it would be a couple weeks from then as they were full on lifts. No updates for 2 weeks. I message them asking saying I was hopeful to get it back this week and now they said it needs another part and have no ETA. So this could be 6+ weeks and I am not sure when it will end. This disregard for keeping me in the loop at all unless I beg for information and the from my experience very slow service. I have spoken to people about this and they are all in shock at the turnaround time. This may be 2+ months or more.

Garrett was professional and engaged throughout the time I spent at the dealership. Three visits and $3,000 later their service department diagnosed the problem that I related to them from our neighborhood mechanic. They double dipped twice updated the software, $700+, 24 hours later problem reoccurred, $670 later replaced module that they updated. $1715.00 later replaced both key fobs. Which was the original problem I told them about. I wouldn't buy from them and I will have our vehicle with 16,856 miles on it serviced elsewhere in the future. 4.8 rating has to be as fake as their service smile.

I had a great experience buying my car here! Joe was an excellent salesperson, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He took the time to explain everything, walk me through the entire process, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. He also did a great job showing me all the features of the car. Davy in Finance was fantastic as well. He clearly explained the differences between the packages and only recommended what truly made sense for me and my needs, which I really appreciated. Garrett in Service was just as amazing, he made sure any and everything I needed was taken care of without any hassle. The whole team truly went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for a car!
