| Summary: I've purchased cars from many dealerships over the years, but my experience with Audi Clearwater stands in a category of its own.
After experiencing some concerns following my purchase, I wasn't sure how the dealership would respond. What happened next is why I'm writing this review. Every issue was addressed with professionalism, care, and complete follow-through honoring every commitment made, down to the last detail. Not a single thing fell through the cracks.
What I experienced wasn't just problem-solving it was integrity in action. Ryan Callahan, New Car Sales Manager, was the driving force behind making things right proactive, fair, and genuinely committed to my satisfaction. Joe Osmani, my sales representative, was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning attentive, knowledgeable, and truly focused on finding the right fit for me. And Chris Grow in Finance made what is often the most stressful part of a car purchase feel completely comfortable personable, transparent, and never once pushy.
