| Summary: Hannah Gentry offered superior service in the purchase of my new vehicle. She made the whole process super easy and painless. I highly recommend consulting her for any of your Subaru needs!!! There were 2 Outbacks that I saw on the website. One had been sold just that morning but the other wasn't put out yet. After I inquired about it, she immediately located it and asked if I wanted a test drive. I was in love. We set a time for me to come back when the vehicle was ready. She kept in touch until the agreed upon date. When I returned, I was driving off in about an hour with my Outback with enough time to return to work. She treated me like family and that's the part of the experience I'll remember the most! |

| Summary: I had a pleasant visit to Crown Subaru in Chattanooga. Matthew White handled my service, and was very accommodating. My dog was welcomed in the showroom, and received treats and an Outback soft toy which she has been squeaking ever since. I will gladly make the 70 mile trip through the Ocoee River Gorge for my next service. |

| Summary: Thanks to the professional, service friendly, kind, efficient, and timely actions taken by Matthew White I was able to get the appropriate maintenance completed on my car, including securing a set of new tires and getting the alignment just right. Originally, I had scheduled a late afternoon appointment. However, because I had a family member who suddenly was being dismissed from the hospital on the same afternoon, Matthew recommended that I bring my car in immediately. As I was able to do so and the completion of the work on my car was closely approaching my deadline to get to the hospital, Matthew assured me that if I needed transportation to my destination he could provide it. However, his first priority as communicated by the auto mechanic team members, was for the alignment service to be completed accurately. Because of the professionalism and commitment to excellence in service by everyone, including the pleasant young man who greeted me when I drove my car into the maintenance garage, the skilled mechanics, and especially to Matthew Whites immediate welcoming check-in and consistent communication and timeliness to keep me informed of the car service process, I will continue to be a satisfied customer and recommend others to consider Crown Subaru of Chattanooga. |

| Summary: Recently had my vehicle is for service (front axle replacement, differential fluid change out, transmission fluid change out). I worked with Matthew White and he was very courteous and responded promptly to my questions as well as a couple of issues that popped up. Have been working with Matt for years (been bringing my vehicles to this dealership since 2007) and have never had nothing but good things to say about him. |
