| Summary: I worked with Dwayne Pruitt to purchase my Certified Pre-owned Subaru BRZ. It was a great experience from start to finish. Dwayne was responsive to my very specific questions. I never felt pressured during the process. My wife and I scheduled a time to come in and complete the paperwork and financing. Dwayne had all the paperwork ready and we were done with the entire process in an hour. I would definitely work with Dwayne again and wish every car buying experience was this relaxed and efficient. |

| Summary: My Subaru Outback 18,000 mile service appointment with Matthew White went very well. Matthew took the extra time to make sure a nail found in one of my tires had not caused a puncture. And he made sure I was aware of the issue and advised me which tire it was and where the tire was located after the tire rotation. He expertly explained the diagnostic information and answered all my questions. It was a great visit in my opinion! |
