| Summary: Crown Subaru is just wonderful!, This is the second Subaru we have purchased from Brandee Toche. This time we bouught an Outback Touring XT and we are very happy with it. Brandee was friendly, professional and explained all the new features of our Outback. Definitely would recommend this dealership, and Brandee in particular! |

| Summary: My service advisor, Alyssa Lupo, was great. She was able to get the vehicle in, get a needed part ordered and got a new appointment to address the repair. Sha put me in contact with a Subaru Customer Advocate to see an extended warranty could cover part of the repair. (It did.) When the repair was not completed to her satisfaction, she arrange a loaner Forester for overnight and got the repair done to her (and my) satisfaction. |
