| Summary: First time at Crown Subaru, and I'm pleased with the service. Lucas Weir was the service advisor and he took the time to explain the findings of the inspection and what they meant (how soon repairs/replacements would have to be made, approximate cost, routine maintenance with which they could be combined to simplify things, etc.). The time spent at the dealership was very reasonable for the work done, and so were the costs. The waiting lounge with coffee and Wi-Fi made it easy for me to take my laptop and get some work done instead of having to make more complicated arrangements. Another big point in their favor: no unnecessary procedures pushed or even recommended. |

| Summary: This dealership never disappoints! I use Crown for most maintenance and repairs for my 2022 Outback. The service advisors and techs are outstanding. Matthew White is no exception. He got me checked in quickly, stopped by to give me an update while I was waiting and when the service was complete, got me on my way. He also pointed out a recommended service for my next visit. |

| Summary: Unfortunately, my 2020 Subaru Ascent required a new transmission at only 82k miles (which was covered in full by my warranty). In order for Subaru to verify that it was the transmission, they had to change the engine spark plugs and do a fuel system service. The price of just those 2 things (not including the actual transmission) were $625 WITH a discount.
I love my car, but have had nothing but issues out of it. It is my first and last Subaru.
However..the service advisor, Melissa Dalton was fantastic! Despite having a terrible service advisor previously, I requested to be switched to someone new. I lucked out with Melissa! She made the entire process extremely easy. The previous service advisor would give me the hardest time about needing a loaner car, would never let me explain what was wrong with the car without being condescending and was overall just plain rude. Melissa immediately got me a loaner car and actually let me upgrade my loaner to a brand new Ascent. She kept me informed the entire time, checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay with the loaner and was very respectful. Out of all of the encounters I have had with Subaru since I have purchased my vehicle (brand new), she made this visit the only positive one, to date. Thank you Melissa for all of your hard work! It is appreciated more than you know. |

| Summary: The salesman seemed very genuine when speaking about the different Subaru models. He never made me feel pressured to buy. He gave my husband and I space to speak privately as needed without making us feel rushed. I received great customer service from each member of the team overall. |
