I was looking for a dependable pre-owned truck and Elliott Dockery found me just what I was looking for. The truck had been previously taken care of and the Crown mechanics felt like the engine was in good shape. In addition, Andrew the detailer was extremely meticulous, and I was very appreciative of his work. I was placed in the perfect truck for my needs. Elliott was efficient and confident, and Cindy was comfortable to work with in finance. I walked out happy and appreciative for the great customer service. I would highly recommend Elliott and the Crown Subaru staff as a whole.

I was interested in test driving a hybrid Forester and had initially contacted Brandee Toche, since she's out on maternity leave she kindly hooked me up with Kenny Melton for assistance. Kenny arranged the test drive for me which went very well. I wanted a Daybreak Blue Pearl touring model of the hybrid Forester, they did not have one on the lot but Kenny was able to find one at another dealership and arranged to have it transferred to Chattanooga for me. It arrived the next day and I was able to take delivery earlier than originally expected. Kenny made sure that I was able to get all the features and accessories I wanted and I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Kenny and the entire team at Crown Subaru.

I purchased a pre-owned 2008 Mercedes E550 from Crown Subaru out of state, and they failed to inform me of multiple issues with the car before selling to me. I took delivery of the vehicle from the transporter over the weekend, and it had multiple dents on the drivers side that I was not informed about. Granted, they did take care of that for me, but yet failed to inform me. They did inform before I purchased the vehicle that it had a recall through Mercedes and the TPS sensor light was on due to faulty wheel sensors which I was understanding of. I brought the vehicle into the Mercedes dealer today for the recall and state inspection in Pennsylvania. The recall issue was addressed, but they informed they failed the state inspection due to the wiper fluid hose being broken on the drivers side and the air suspension in the rear being broken/tempered with since the lines were cut off. I spoke with the sales manager, Sam, and they said there is nothing they can do about this. Now Im stuck with paying over a $1-2k repair bill out of pocket when this shouldve been addressed before I purchased the vehicle. Highly disappointed in the management team here and dont recommend Crown Subaru for any pre-owned vehicles! See attached photos.

I took my 2019 Crosstrek in for a service appointment because the car alarm kept going off when I would put my hand on the door handle. I had the key fob battery replaced but the problem persisted. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance because they were too busy to fit me in. I arrived 15 minutes early and was checked in by Matthew. I was told the diagnostic fee would be over $250. I was sent a text by Matthew with a phone number. After 3 1/2 hours, I called the Matthew's number and it went to service department voicemail. So, I went to find Matthew. He said he'd check on it. He came back and said the service department "couldn't recreate the problem." He said they'd waive the diagnostic fee. I left 4 hours later with the problem unsolved. So, I googled what might have been the problem and a list popped up. --check door and hood switches. Inspect dirty or stuck sensors. --check for weak battery (the battery is new) --sensor sensitivity. if the issue persists, the shock or interior sensor might be too sensitive. Was any of that investigated when they were trying to recreate the problem? No. Terrible, terrible service.
