Their service department is excellent and Alyssa Lupo went out of her way to ensure our car was taken care of and we were completely satisfied with our experience. There was an issue with the battery and an internal system that was drawing down the power on the battery. Alyssa and the service team worked hard to find out what the issue was and repaired it perfectly. We buy all of our cars from Crown Subaru and will continue to use their service department exclusively. They provide excellent customer service from start to finish!! |
