I enjoyed the free coffee while charging my tablet and reading the paper in the large, quiet customer waiting area. My car checked out fine and Mr. White clearly explained the results of the battery check and the other tests made. |

| Summary: Our 16 crosstrek developed a coolant leak, normally I would turn my own wrenches but havent worked on more modern model subbies, since its wifes daily figured Id let shop handle itwalked in and immediately treated like I was actually someone, my 1st interface with them was Mrs Alyssa, she is AMAZING, I was in work clothes, she took her busy time to answer my questions/concerns, very polite very patientshe got us lined up for a drop off date and a borrower vehicle..explained to me the estimated time to repair, what was basically involved and also knew the mechanics rough estimate to get us done..I added some other services like CVT drain fill and front/rear differential service as well as pcv replacement..my ENTIRE expirence was just utterly stunning, THIS is the way to handle a customer and Mrs Alyssa was the spear head of that strategy for me.just an amazing experience, just because of how it was handled Ill be back for a new subbie when this one finally dies or we grow tired of it.GREAT JOB Crown!!!! |
