When the task were completed, he gathered me from the waiting area, completed the payment process and walked me to the car insuring everything was in order. Nice to see full professionalism in action. |

| Summary: This was easily one of the best car-buying experiences Ive ever had. My salesperson, Shana, was absolutely amazing, and the entire staff I worked with was just as great. The process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free.
We drove three hours to get there, and I would do it again without hesitation. Thank you all for making the experience so professional, efficient, and easy. I truly appreciate it! |

| Summary: Lucas Weir was my tech rep for new tires. I was not happy a tire had two nails in it, and it could not be repaired. I ended up buying four new tires due to low tread on the old tires. I could not afford the cost of the new tires but bought them due to Lucas' thorough explanation.
A few months later I was driving from Florida to Tennessee in an ice storm, and I thought about how thankful I was for Lucas being patient with me (a 71-year-old widow), and that I had purchased four new tires for my Subaru Outback. I said a prayer thanking God for taking care of me. I made it home safely. |

Though I have always received excellent service, Melissa went just that one step further and made it even better. I will continue to go to this dealership for service, but I will definitely ask for Melissa. Thank you for employing such pleasant people |
