| Summary: Melissa Dalton was the service advisor that worked with me to resolve the intermittent issue I had with the lift gate on my 2020 Forester. She gave me a loaner while they worked to determine what was wrong and made sure that everything was working properly when the work was completed. | Summary: We haven't been back to get our Subaru in a few years but had to bring it back because of a check engine light. Alyssa Lupo took care of me as a service advisor and she was excellent. Her kindness, professionalism and transparency changed my mind about getting my Subaru serviced at Crown, and because of her, I made an appointment to get my rear brake job done. Thank you for helping me with my check engine light. |

| Summary: Always have an enjoyable experience at Subaru. This recent service appointment was no different. Since I had an additional issue with a nail in the tire, Lucas was extremely helpful in looking up my file and seeing the warranty package that was still in effect. He also educated me on a few things about tires and the AWD that I wasn't aware of. |

| Summary: What impressed me about Dwayne Pruitt is his total knowledge about the vehicles he sells. Not once did I hear an "I think" or "I don't know." His confidence is very reassuring.
Also, when we first walked in and decided to purchase a new 2026 Ascent, before we left, we had a printout of what the out-the-door cost of the car would be.
I checked before we left with our new car and the printout was accurate to the penny.
Dwayne Pruitt is very honest and trustworthy and deeply cares about all his clients.
Subaru is the way to go and Dwayne Pruitt is the man to call on! |

| Summary: Alyssa Lupo greeted us immediately upon our arrival with a smile. I told her we had an appointment and she was very courteous and went over the work that would be done on our vehicle. She even offered a rental since our wait time would be awhile on account of the work being performed. We got back early expecting a long wait, and she was checking to see if our car was ready the minute we walked in the door. Awesome!!! Couldn't ask for a better experience at your dealership. Kudos to Alyssa!!! |
