| Summary: We took in our 2016 Subaru Forrester for service at Crown Subaru. Melissa Dalton was our service writer. She did an excellent job keeping us informed during the whole process of having our transmission replaced. We could not have asked for a better service experience. CJ in the service department went for a drive with me to duplicate the conditions of our issue with our transmission. He was able diagnose our issue quickly. Thank you, Crown, Subaru and everyone involved with getting our Subaru back on the road |

Jacqueline was up front with me the entire time (the car i wanted was heading to auction). She was incredibly respectful and understanding with my situation. |

Dwayne Pruitt was so attentive to us, from the first phone call to inquire about the car, to the day after the purchase just to check in with us. He kept us 100% informed along the way and we were driving away within an hour of arriving at the dealership the day of purchase. If you're in the market, I highly recommend working with Dwayne. The entire process was pleasant and hassle free! |
