| Summary: We had a great experience working with Crown, and especially with Danny. This was the first time my wife had ever been able to choose her own car, and Danny made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We explained what we were looking for, and when the right vehicle came in, Danny gave us a call right away.
We went in, placed our deposit, and the rest of the process was just as easy. Danny took the time to walk us through all the features of the car, and made sure we felt confident in our decision.
My wife is absolutely thrilled with her new car, and were so grateful to Danny for his help. Thanks again, Danny youve earned lifelong customers! |

| Summary: My service manager was Melissa Dalton. She remembered me from my previous visit and greeted me with a friendly smile and welcome. She got me checked in immediately and set me up with a loaner, as the service would take about 6 hours to complete. She double checked my cell phone number in case she needed to contact me. As it turned out, she did contact me letting me know that the front brakes and rotors needed replacing. I knew from past service reports that I would need to have them replaced soon. Melissa kept me updated on the progress and had me out of the dealership as quickly as she could.
I am very pleased with the service that I receive from the dealership ( Crown Subaru of Chattanooga) and with Melissa Dalton. I have only high praise.... not one negative for Crown Subaru and for Melissa. I drive an hour as I live in Georgia and don't mind the drive at all because of my experiences with Crown Subaru. |

The salesman Dwayne Pruitt is very knowledgeable of the Subaru lineup and was outstanding with his abilities to put me in the car of my choice. Transaction was easy and the car was delivered as promised. Left the dealership with a shiny new Subaru and a smile on! I would Strongly suggest that if you are in the market for a Subaru (or even if you arent sure) you should consider consider giving yourself an opportunity by contacting Dwayne Pruitt. Knowledgeable considerate and trustworthy. |
