| Summary: Our Subaru dealership has opened a brand new Showroom/Dealership location. The location is state of the art! We went in for a routine service appt. The service was done in a timely manner. While in the waiting area we met a new sales associate named, Kiana Brusett, who was very nice and informative. We weren't in the market for a new vehicle, but should the occasion arise we'll ask for her. The service charge was increased slightly more that usual, and no complimentary car wash or car wash coupon was offered this time. We've never failed to receive one or the other in the past, but neither were offered this time. All staff associates were very friendly! The waiting area was vast with complimentary snacks and coffee/water. The construction crews are still putting the finishing touches on the building. The new vehicle, and for that matter used vehicle, inventories are much, much better than at the old location. It was a good job this time! Kiana was the highlight this visit! |

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming pushy salesmen, and then they dont come. Instead, you get friendly people who dont try to push anything on you. Theyre helpful. They listen. Theyre accommodating. That was my experience with Crown Subaru. |

| Summary: I was very pleased to have Sam's help in trialling and purchasing a '26 Impreza - the team at Crown was helpful, attentive, and allowed me the space and time to form my own opinions and decide what option was the best fit for me. Absolutely the only thing I would change about my experience, if I had the option, was to have the car in a different colour. Since I needed it immediately, I had to take what they had on the lot. I can get it repainted later if I really want to! How it drives matters a lot more than the colour. Good work to Sam and the entire Crown team - I'll be happy to come back and have another look next time. |

Most of the transaction was handled ahead of time through email and text, which we really appreciated. Kenneth made everything simple, clear, and efficient before we even arrived. When we came into town to complete the paperwork, we were in and out quickly no wasted time and no surprises.
The entire process was quick, seamless, and stress-free. We truly feel like we got a great deal, and we couldnt be happier with our Forester. If youre looking for an easy and straightforward car-buying experience, we highly recommend Kenneth and his team at Crown Subaru! |
