| Summary: I cant speak highly enough of Crown Subaru and the team that made a very stressful situation so smooth and seamless. After I totaled my vehicle, I was terrified what it would mean to buy a new car. Jaqueline soothed my nerves the moment I stepped foot on the property. She walked me through everything step by step and helped me find my dream car that I feel really safe in. Cindy broke down the financial aspect of car buying in a way I could digest and understand in order to make the most informed decision about this big purchase. This team, and this dealership really made a stressful and scary process so easy! |

Lucas respects customers time, listens carefully to our concerns, and always makes sure everything is noted and communicated clearly. He keeps us updated on anything we need to follow up on, and he treats us like friends, not just customers.
Our visits consistently go well when Lucas is there. Thank you, Lucas, for always taking such great care of our family.

She always goes over the check list after service. She advises me on what issues need to be addressed with my vehicle for future service also. Overall, this Subaru Dealership is Excellent from the purchasing of my vehicle in 2019, Management/Sales Personnel. Bringing my vehicle in for service with the Service Advisors and speaking to the receptionist/ appointment personnel and the girl who trains you on how to use your devices in your vehicle and the parts department. |
