Summary: Update It's been over 2 years since I have visited this dealership, and they have really upgraded their facilities! I purchased a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek for my daughter's first car and wanted to get it all caught up in maintenance before turning it over to her. Matthew White in Service was great and has helped me plan the next few visits to get it up to par. Wonderful customer service, and the mechanics send a video of their findings! Still 5 stars! Thank you! Old review below We purchased a 2005 Forester XT sight unseen from a private dealership in Florida. Upon arrival, it immediately started throwing a CEL so we took it to Crown to get inspected and diagnosed. Jonas helped us get checked in and the car looked at in a reasonable amount of time since we did not have an appointment. In less than 24 hours, we had an estimate for repairs. Ultimately, the car had to go back to the old dealership as it wasn't what they said it was. Thank you Crown for helping us get out of what could have been a bad car situation.
