| Summary: This dealership never disappoints! I use Crown for most maintenance and repairs for my 2022 Outback. The service advisors and techs are outstanding. Matthew White is no exception. He got me checked in quickly, stopped by to give me an update while I was waiting and when the service was complete, got me on my way. He also pointed out a recommended service for my next visit. |

| Summary: We found a vehicle we were interested in online. Kenny reached out in the morning, we were at the dealership about 30 minutes later, and we were in our new car in about 2 hours. I told Kenny from the beginning that we were looking to get a certain amount for our trade, and Kenny was able to get the deal I was looking for without any haggling or negotiating. I told Kenny several times that this was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. We will definitely be recommending Crown Subaru and Kenny to anyone looking for a new vehicle! |

| Summary: My recent service experience at Crown Subaru was very pleasant. Alexis Stafford met me upon my arrival to check me in. She also provided an estimate of how long the service would take. My vehicle was checked from bumper to bumper in slightly less time than estimated. Alexis Stafford came to the waiting area to notify me, when they had my vehicle finished. Glad she did as I was attempting to read & view everything on my phone screen. She had a printout for me at the service desk which was much easier to decipher! Top notch service from ALL! |
