The finance dept may have upsold me on "extras" that I will never use - I should have done more homework on extended warranties and services. And I wish you had not moved out of downtown. But I love my car and am satisfied with my buying experience. |

I worked for car dealerships new and used for about 13 years and I have to say that the SUBARU dealership has excellent service from management to service advisors to maintenance to sales people, etc. |

| Summary: I just want to express my gratitude for and my complete satisfaction with Crown Subaru; specifically Melissa Dalton. Our Forester was due for the 60,000 mile maintenance schedule and finding the time these days can be a real struggle. I called the service department and Melissa accommodated our challenging situation 100%! Melissa was very patient with all my questions, explained everything involved with the process in great detail and was the epitome of professionalism. I can't recommend these guys enough (the whole team is great) and it was definitely a 100% 5-star experience! From my family, thank you Melissa Dalton and Crown Subaru!!! |
