| Summary: Drop my car off weeks ago with Vinny repeatedly called and left messages, no return call. Two weeks later had to physically show up to find out what was going on with the car. Saw Vinny in the hallway, called him over and I told him my situation and he said their phone lines must be having problems, but he assured me left messages about the messages. But the story gets stranger. He told me that we cannot fix your car. Your car you can take it with you. We cannot fix your car after waiting for GEICO claim adjuster to come out and do their review.'s spoke to his manager today, Tom Haley he said the same thing it's a risk we cannot fix your car. It's a liability to us. If something happens there was too many things that we need to be fixed on the car. I'm shaking my head. I'm saying to myself really. So I had to end up calling Geico to explain the situation and they end up towing the car to Crash Champions who it remains today. In the meantime, I lost two a rental car. Very bad company. |

| Summary: If I could give zero stars, I would. My car was at Crown Collision Center for TEN weeks, and when I picked it up, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. My brand-new white car came back with widespread corrosion spots from industrial fallout, multiple new scratches, and a rear bumper diffuser that was still loose even though they claimed it had been tightened.
Not only did they take an unreasonable amount of time, but the quality of care and lack of consistent updates on vehicle repair was completely unacceptable. After such a frustrating experience, there was no offer of compensationno discount, no complimentary service, not even a simple car washto acknowledge the massive inconvenience and the condition they returned my car in.
I honestly wish I had never chosen this collision center and I will not be returning for any future repairs. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. |
