| Summary: Terrible experience in leasing. First they tried to bait and switch a special they were offering. I took a screen shot of their special and when I mentioned it to them the price was changed on their website. The sales manager was upset that I had provided the screen shot and agreed to the original deal. Everything was supposedly fine until it was time to pick up the car. They said that the credit check was never ran and when they ran it the day of pickup we did not qualify. But no courtesy call that there were any issues. STAY AWAY from this dealership. |

| Summary: I want to express my gratitude to the dealer Wayne Hopwood for excellent service and pleasant assistance. The car was sold in excellent condition, and he even left with a full tank of gas! Such professionalism and care for customers are very pleasing. I will definitely recommend this dealer to all my acquaintances.
I also want to thank the manager, Anthony Blancha, for his exceptional assistance throughout the process. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated. | Summary: Had an inspection to be done as well as an oil change at Lia Hyundai. Was told more was needed that would take 2 to 3 hours. They paid an Uber to bring me home and pick me up once the car was ready. I have never had this happen before. Was very happy with the work done. People are very friendly. Recommend them to anyone needing a place to go. |

Made a stressful excperience of replacing our 10 month old Tucson that was totalled in accident smooth. Wayn is a great sales agent made process as enjyable as possible under circumstances as possible. |
