Worst Hyundai dealership for maintenance! Told them twice now that I don't want my seat moved or mirrors messed with when they do maintenance on it. What do they do? Each time they constantly move all my crap after I told them not to each time. Absolutely unprofessional, had me sitting there for an oil change over 2 hours! There are way better dealerships down in Long Island but unfortunately I moved here for work. Rather go to a jiffylube than deal with the service here! Never again, the employees don't respect other people's vehicles.

I went for service. Casandra Rancourt was attentive and listened - she was accurate with the timing of the work to be done. I thought the comradery among the service technicians was outstanding. John King gave Casandra credit for my return. While I felt the sales part of the dealership was less than professional, the service team has been wonderful.

Had a bad oil change somewhere else and brought my car in hoping the potentially catastrophic problems this caused could be repaired. Timothy Frank and the technicians took the time to put my mind at ease and pinpoint the damage and minimize it. Going here for oil changes from now on!

Buying a new car can be stressful. Searching for hours, weeks and months doesn't lower the level of stress. What does lower the stress is walking into a car dealership, and having a competent person meet you at the door. That person was "Cassandra Storm". Her approach from the onset was pure honesty. Throughout all our discussions, over several days, she was totally knowledgeable about all aspects of the electric vehicle we were interested in buying. Never did she state a fact that was untrue or vague. It was nice communicating with someone who was reading our facial expressions, and in some cases taking the time for further explanations. My wife and I could not be happier with the way Cassie made sure we were in full understanding of some of the sophisticated electric capabilities of the vehicle we were purchasing. After all our questions were answered, saying YES to purchasing was a totally stressless moment. Cassie Storm did everything right. After every feature of the vehicle was explained, we drove off feeling that this car buying experience was a joyous one. P.S. Yes, like all purchases, we required some follow up questions, Cassie has answered all my texts promptly.

I bought my first vehicle from the Albany dealership in 2022, from the first service my vehicle needed up until yesterday I have dealt with Timothy Frank, he is so easy to talk to, he explains everything very thoroughly, he walked me around my car explaining what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take, brought me to the counter and checked for any recalls , explained the cost and in detail the service that was going to be provided. Then proceeded to walk to to the waiting room , explained a few more things to me and came back when my vehicle was completed, went over the bill with me , walked me to the payment center and shook my hand and away I went . I cant say enough good things about him. He is very kind and caring and I feel confident that he is offering me the proper service, I commend him for his customer service skills , its very important to me as a female that knows very little about vehicles, i appreciate his honesty.
