| Summary: I bought a used Mazda cx3 sport from them, they tried to hard sell me a bumper to bumper warranty for a additional fee attached to my loan I didn't take it, I'm still under the 30 day warranty that come to find out only covers safety issues, my seat height adjustment won't work they don't consider this a safety issue even though I can't see out the windshield. What ever you do don't buy a used vehicle from them unless it's a Hyundai they don't stand behind their warranties, and only know the Hyundai line of cars. Bottom line don't buy a used car from them they don't stand behind you after the sale |

They help you out as much as they can so I really enjoy going there knowing that I dont have to worry about being taken advantage of Keep up the good work. |

| Summary: Purchasing a car can be very stressful, we went to several places, and we dealt with sales tactics and pressure that made it a very unpleasant experience. But when we got to Lia Hyundai of Enfield, we were received by Hunter Olsen who from the first moment made us feel very comfortable, had the best attitude, and he was very attentive to find the right car for me without any pressure at all. He answered every question and doubt I had, which made me feel heard and appreciated. He listened to all my requirements and specific needs and patiently walked me through the process. We had several test drives, he even helped find vehicles from another Lia dealerships. He always had the best attitude and kept me informed with updates until we found a choice that I finally liked. The final decision to get my SUV from here was absolutely thanks to Hunters help since he went above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible for me. Highly recommend Hunter and the dealership! |

| Summary: Absolutely amazing to work with will definitely be doing business with again. Hunter Olsen sales professional was very helpful and carefully listened to what I was looking for. Did not try to put me in a vehicle that I did not want. I told him the features I was looking for in a car and the very fist car he showed us was exactly what we were looking for. Between hunter and the Finance manager I was very pleased ave left a happy customer. Would recommend hunter to anybody. |

| Summary: Was given a poor attitude and practically my keys thrown at me when shooting down a deal and choosing to leave by manager. Car was also stated with false features in listing and associate was back and forth on whether or not car was certified. Went elsewhere and immediately had a much better and smoother process. |
