| Summary: Never again!! Sales rep couldn't accept that a deal couldn't be reached. Stormed off then came back extremely aggressive! Should have known to walk away when the largest possible ( our sales rep) sat in the front with me in Mini Cooper!!! Seriously, test drive with seeing basically unable to move due to the large size. This dealership is a joke, go elsewhere. |

| Summary: I live in Florida and was told I wouldnt be able to purchase the exact vehicle I was in the market for, so I reached out to Lia Hyundai in Hartford. Hailey, Quran, and Sarah are all FABULOUS. The process was relatively effortless and we are beyond thrilled with our new vehicle. We flew in, finalized paperwork, and were elatedly off on our way. Everyone we encountered at the dealership were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with this team. |
