| Summary: Saw a car on cars.com I was intrested and filled out online paper work to get started and dealer Lia Toyota Wilbraham contacted me immediately.We set up appointment date and time as I live a few hours away. When I arrived I was introduced to Roger Larocque my sales rep who was very welcoming and thanked me for coming 2 hours down to look at the car I was intrested in and he quickly took me for a test drive.I loved it...Roger then did appraisal on my trade in,we reviewed paper work made my best deal with no haggling or hassles and sealed the deal effortlessly.Roger and Lia Toyota staff was great...well worth the 2 hour drive....im so glad I did. |

| Summary: I recently bought a car at lia Toyota Wilbraham bought on march16 and had to come back on April 20 due to the air conditioning not working. Which I was told the car was inspect it before purchasing it. I'm so disappointed to find out the AC unit was empty and that because I brought the car over a month it was not covered. I had to pay out of pocket 667.00 dollars. My advice to new customers do not trust them because they can tell you everything is good but look what happened to me. I haven't even done my first payment and why do I have to paid out of my pocket 667.00 dollars just because someone fail to do their job. Again don't trust them and make sure to inspect your car before purchasing from Toyota Lia at Wilbraham |

| Summary: Met with salesman in person to order a brand new truck at the end of September. Was told it would take three months. Put down a deposit for the truck, and then never heard back. Reached out about two-three months later for an update and was told they lost my paperwork and was asked to resubmit the order. I resubmitted the order immediately. Again never heard back.
I have followed up two more times since and have not heard a single thing. I have also requested a refund of our deposit given the lack of response and have not received a response about that either. It has now been over six months, and Im assuming they again lost the order. Given the delay, Toyota no longer even produce the Tacoma I originally ordered.
Its shocking to me that any dealership would be so disorganized/unresponsive when I put a deposit down on a vehicle that would have cost over $50,000. I have never had such a bad experience with a dealership. |
