| Summary: When walked into the dealership, I told 3 sales people exactly what I wanted, 2 door Rubicon with a soft top (gas only). I was told they don't have any and none are coming in. I agreed to test drive a a 4 door hybrid. When I saw the Jeep, I said I don't want a hard top. Well, I feel I was bullied and taken advantage of. I was told they would help me find a way to store the hard top, they lied. Fast forward 3 1/2 months, I need a form for taxes. General manager was left 4 messages, never returned a call. Font go to this dealership, you will be truly unhappy |

| Summary: I was not too sure about trading my jeer grand Cherokee in for one with less miles. In sales I dealt with David S. Nice guy.! The day I went to pick up the car, everything seemed to be fine. Drove off the lot. Got a few miles out and all of a sudden engine light came on! Drove back to Lia in Northampton very upset. Then I met Joseph Debuc service guy. Im pretty sure he saw I was SO disappointed. My anxiety was high! Joe gave me a loaner to use until they could find what was wrong. It took a few days but thanks to Dave S and Joe all was fixed. And Dave S was my salesman. Keeping my fingers crossed that all is fixed, thanks to Joe D keeping my cat! |

| Summary: Thank you Paul Folta ! Outstanding job getting us in the Gladiator. I have bought well over a dozen new cars in my life but the best experience I have ever had is with Lia in Northampton. I honestly constantly recommend Lia Auto Group to anyone I know looking to purchase . I have never had a deal with absolute honesty and integrity.Thank you Paul !
I would also thank Austin and everyone else in the dealership from sales staff as well as the entire service dept for the best treatment possible. Lia is a cut above all the rest ! |
