First and last time Ill go to this place. I own 4 Audis and this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer ship. Stay away from FARSY and this dealership.

Leased 2 new cars in one day from Farsy. One car on drive home had mechanical issues. Tried to get help from Farsy and sales manger but they did not help at all. My car has been in the service dept for 2weeks now. Its a brand new car with less than 100 miles. Dont buy /lease cars from this dealership they do not help you if theres issues

We purchased 2 cars in one day. One car had mechanical issues on the drive home from the dealer. We tried having our salesman (FARZY RASHID) and sales manager (CHRIS BLAIR) help us but they chose to distance themselves from the situation. I don't recommend buying a car from them. The car from day 1 has been in the service dept for 2 weeks now. It is very frustrating. CHRIS BLAIR, the so called manager NEVER RETURNED OUR CALL. We left several messages.

Had air bag replaced under recall by Audi Ontario. Later Air Bag light came on. Made service appt to have looked at and when I arrived to drop off, car service tech Alek stated I had to pay $250 up front because it could be something else. Total BAIT AND SWITCH. I know the air bag recall was lost $$$ for Audi but trying to claw back $$$ from your car owners from faulty recall installs in very poor form. EDIT 5/14/24: I called on 5/9/24 and left you a VM per your request below. Have not heard from anyone from Audio Ontario....not surprised. I stand by my review.

First and foremost I appreciate any help wherever I can get it however what I assumed was a great deal turned out to be the worst deal of my life. I walked in with a trade in that had negative equity but my salesman told me Audi was going to pay me so much and then Costco would give me about 9k and basically that would wash out the negative equity, I also made it very clear that I drive a lot for work and need something that would accommodate me, they offered me the Q4 Etron and said my payment was XYZ then finance told me your payment is a tad bit lower because Audi will only finance so much. The Q4 did not work for me considering majority of the charging machines are down and I was literally killing 3 hours of my day trying to charge. I went back and they said they could help however this is when this became the worse deal ever, I ended up with a higher car note and a big financial issue. I called and asked if possibly I can just get rid of this lease and pay a termination fee and they said no call Audi financial which I did and Audi financial told me the dealership should be able to help me and to go back. I received a call from the sales manager today and he basically told me they can't do anything. I know for a fact they could have assisted me but at this point they sold me a car and don't care anymore. I also asked to speak to the GM and the sales manager told me why he's going to tell you the same thing, sometimes you have to go above and beyond a few times to help your customers and that's what makes you different from everywhere else, that's what exceptional customer service is. Treat me like you would your family. They basically took my trade in said it was a wash and then added that to my car payment, there was no deal there. How was there a limit from the finance dept for the first car but not the second one? The second car was more money, it doesn't add up. I'm extremely disappointed with this outcome and to make matters worse another Audi location would be able to help me but since I went back 2x because of this situation now I'm being denied a loan from Audi finance and stuck with a high note. I'm a reasonable individual and have never in my life been in any situation with any car like this and now I am. Exceptional customer service only exist when people's sales are on the line.

The dealership Audi Ontario especially service associate Dani Paiz went above and beyond the normal standard of customer service as we were not from the area actually 1 hour drive from home when we had a problem with our A3. She made sure we got back on the road kept us informed as to what was wrong with the vehicle and was in contact with us until our car was ready for pick up. She couldnt have done a better job.
