| Summary: Jonathan Valdovinos was awesome and made the process of my RS7 exclusive order super smooth and memorable. Although we got hit with 2 major supply chain delays over 1.5 years, he treated me as a serious customer from day 1 back in 2021 and still made the effort to follow up with me when he finally got an allocation 5 months on the waitlist. Over that time, he always kept me updated and answered my questions, and we knocked out everything practically completely virtually even without having met until delivery day.
The rest of the Audi Ontario team was also awesome and friendly with the warm welcomes celebration and letting us enjoy the delivery bay for over an hour. I also wanted to shout out the detailer who carefully helped clean up some leftover residue from the shipping protection and Javier from the Finance department for making the e-doc process super smooth and helping us knock out all the official delivery day stuff in only about 15 minutes.
I still remember visiting Audi Ontario back in 2017 and feeling the same great energy and friendly vibes when I was only just test driving an S6 even though I didn't purchase at the time, and I'm happy to have been able to enjoy that same hospitality (if not even better) a couple years later for an actual purchase.
