| Summary: Since we got there to the dealership Leo cano came out not once did he become pushy or wanted to sell us something we wouldn't want he was straightforward friendly showed us all cars he had ,was able to pull all the keys from the Q7 we were looking at and said take your time look at them and let me know which one you want to test drive excellent customer service for me a salesman not being pushy is a plus and he went above and beyond that when I came down to financial the numbers crunching the numbers what he said is what I got and he was straightforward of how much it was going to be that the payment would go up with insurance Gap etc not once did they go back and forth and try to sell me something I didn't want what he told me is what I got honesty goes a long way. At the end of the day I got my car wash detailed tank of gas full delivered to me professional manner and told me anytime I need to call him he would be there for me call them the next day forgot a few things on my old car answer right away and take care of my business thank you Leo, |
