| Summary: Update- We ended up getting 2 cars here thanks to Raquel Hernndez who treated us with respect and had alot of patience with us. We were being help by her for 1 week and a half. She did not change her attitude towards us at all and was eager to help. Manage to convince the rest of my family to go back and give it one more chance when the time came. Raquel did excellent showing us the cars we wanted to see and telling us everything about it. We fell in love with a turbo blue Q3 S line and a Quantum Gray audi S4. Raquel presented and sold those vehicles to us and now we are part of the audi family. Thank you Raquel for treating us like regular people and making us feel at home while we waited. We can't wait for our next experience with Raquel I know it won't be the last time!
Old experience- Called and ask about a used s4. Receptionist or saleswoman who answered was really nice. Gave me all the info I need and now was considering leasing new. I was going to trade in a 4runner to get something more economic and nice at the same time. I got to the dealership with my dad. My dad just got off of work and wasn't expecting to go to a dealership so he was dressed in some Adidas shorts and a tee. I was dressed nice because I got off of work. The way we felt and the way my dad felt especially. Felt so low the way we got treated. One of the workers there who touched basis was us which wasn't the Receptionist. He was a Male and bald not Caucasian, Latin or Chinese background who really made us feel like that. He was very rude and treated us like a joke. We were waiting for a while for Leo I think was his name not his fault he was busy but we just wanted to test drive an s4 since the lady I spoke on the phone with encouraged me even though knowing I didn't have the trade in at the moment. We were waiting for a long time and the other sales guy (not leo) kept seeing us I told the rude salesman I'm just here to drive the car that's all and we are not trying to wait so long because we had business to attend to so I told him if it was fine. He seemed very annoyed by it and said "ok which one" and I said any is fine s4 preferably gray or red. Then he left to get a key. He got the key walked past us didn't say anything. Me and my dad looked at eachother and were like are we supposed to follow. So we just walked outside anyways. The guy brought the car got out and said with his head down and eyes no eye contact looked annoyed still and just said... let it cool down and walked inside. Forgot to mention there was some other customers he dealt with after we came and he treated them very differently compared to me and my dad. I don't know but this wasn't the first time either it is the second time and honestly kept me from buying an s5 the last time and ended up getting a challenger. I manged to convince my dad to get a car with me but he is no longer convinced such a shame how people made us feel here prejudging. It felt worse know how my dad felt. Embarrassing. I hope someone gets to see this because I am really set on an s4 this time and was really looking to coming to this dealership since it's located in my hometown. Very discouraging to go back dont want to get treated like that in front of other people. |

| Summary: Leo Cano is simply amazing!! I was dreading going into a car dealership, as I was apprehensive about the negotiations and the hassle of finding a car at a great deal. However, I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience at Audi Ontario. Leo Cano was amazing and made the process so pleasurable. He was very professional, personable, never pressured me into a purchase, and truly honest. His knowledge about the various models was great and answered all questions I had. He literally had me test drive five different Audi models to ensure I find exactly what I was looking for. When he did not have the exact specifications I asked for, he had the car delivered the following day and had me test drive it again. When it came to negotiations, there was was no beating around the bush nor games. We had an agreement and he stuck to it! He delivered beyond my expectations. I will recommend Leo to my friends and family, without reservations! |
