| Summary: Anthony Lee from Audi Ontario is the reason why we have these two beautiful cars. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that we're satisfied. We ordered an SQ8 from him last year and he kept us updated with the status of the car during the entire 6 month process which is something I really appreciated from him. We didn't intend on coming back and getting another car anytime soon as we were just shopping around and wanted to wait until October. But we basically ended up getting another car on the same day that we came to "shop around" since they were able to give us a really good deal. Anthony is an amazing salesperson but honestly he's more than that to us, he is our friend at this point because he is truly caring about our concerns and understanding of our wants/needs. We literally own only Audi's now because of Anthony and we're very grateful for him. As long as he's there, we will continue to come and do business with Audi Ontario! |

| Summary: Jose Gastelum, Renee, and Brent were tremendously helpful, patient, and considerate, as I had small children with me during purchase. They treated us with care and respect throughout the process and Jose even assisted with transferring car seats. From the moment my children and I stepped on the lot, Jose made sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Thank you so much!! |

| Summary: Bought a car at a great price. The only 2 things to be aware of is that Dean, the financial person, made it seem as if the LoJack was "included". He never said I had to pay for it. Just said they had to install them in their vehicles because they were getting robbed but that it was included. Understandable, but when Dean said it was included he made it seem as though I didn't have to pay for it. He said it several times and my husband and I both understood it as free. Dean also never said how much it was. I can only assume is it was to sneak it in. It cost me just under $1300.
The other thing is that I purchased 2 warranties and when I asked for the phone numbers for them Dean said they were in the paperwork he gave me. It wasn't. If I'm paying a lot of money for warranties it's a must to have the phone numbers and paperwork to show what is included to refer back to. I'm still waiting on someone to call me back with that information.
On the one hand I had a great sales person but Dean the Financial person isnt someone you want to deal with in a business.
THREE WEEKS LATER
Dean finally sent one of the 2 warranty numbers 3 weeks late but I had asked for them just 2 days after the car purchase. He responds in an email You have a Copy of both, which was given to you at the Time of Sale. Here are the Copies again.
Thats not how a professional should talk to a customer. But I should have known because after just minutes of meeting him, he was passive aggressive and then the dishonesty of the LoJack and now this email response. Ill have to contact Emil the manager or my sales person for the Tire and Wheel Warranty. |

| Summary: I recently leased a 2023 Q4 etron from Audi Ontario. I can't say enough about how great the service has been at this dealership. Dani, my service advisor, is fantastic. Very professional, responsive, and patient.
I mentioned to Dani that my lease was almost up on my Q5 and that I wanted to talk to sales about trade in options while I waited for my car to be serviced. She referred me to Anthony Lee which took it from there.
During the entire process I felt taken care of not just by Anthony, which was awesome, but by the whole staff. Rene, the sales manager, came out multiple times to check on me and even the General Manager checked on me to make sure the team was taking care of my every need.
You know the story, I didn't intend on walking out with a new car that day but the entire staff did such an amazing job I couldn't resist. 10/10 would recommend!
If you need to service your Audi go see Dani and if you want to buy/lease a car make sure to ask for Anthony! You won't be disappointed. |
