| Summary: My dad was originally communicating with Farzy Rashid. He was very helpful in helping us create an appointment and communicating quickly with my dad. The day we chose to come in was the day he was unfortunately not available so his partner Elijah Chambers helped on his behalf and was so patient in helping us find exactly what I wanted to swap my previous lease for. I originally came in with an open mind and to explore options and ended up falling in love with the Q3. Elijah even paid proper attention to my taste which saved us both time. The finance department was always very pleasant to work with! I always have the best experience at Audi Ontario and that is why I prefer to come here for my maintenance and business instead of other dealerships that are closer to my home. Thank you all again! |

| Summary: PLEASE WEIGH OUT YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS AUDI ONTARIO. Elijah was the sales rep that helped me with the process of purchasing my 2019 Camry XSE. When test driving the car, my father and I noticed a loud screeching noise coming from the brakes and immediately addressed the issue to Elijah. Elijah then reassured my father and I that the noise was due to the car not being driven for a long time. Hesitant, we asked him if he was sure, and he assured us that yes he was, and that we would still be under warranty for 30 days if anything were to be wrong. 2 days after buying and picking up my car, I had it inspected at Toyota to make sure everything was okay. After the inspection, Toyota immediately let me know that both the front and rear brakes are needing to be replaced. The back is at 5mm and the front is at 4mm, and the level when they are unsafe to drive is 3mm. When I came back to Audi, they let me know that although I am under the warranty, they cannot replace the brakes, but that at most they can cover the labor. I am extremely disappointed because the joy of purchasing my first car has been ripped from me. Elijah knows how excited I was and how hard I worked for this moment, to deceit me in the end. It is frustrating because when you buy a car off the lot you are supposed to be carefree and enjoying your new car! Not having to go through run arounds like this. Again, I strongly advise you to avoid buying for this dealership, because they may not lie to you, but they certainly won't tell you the full truth. |
