| Summary: We were assisted by Alex Wong, who greeted us at our car. We then explained the issues that we were having and he took note. Alex also went into the car history and saw that the vehicle was due for its maintenance check. After reviewing the history, it was determened the car was still under warranty. As a result of the warranty, their were no charges due on my behalf. Alex saved me hundreds of dollors.
