| Summary: Just purchased my first Audi with the help of Victor. I couldn't have had a better experience with him. He was extremely patient and understanding with everything I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I expressed interest in. He did not miss a single detail when it came to explaining the car's features. Not only was he very professional, but he had a personable side as well which I appreciate! Normally, I'm not a fan of purchasing cars due to the stress and pressure, but I did not feel pressured or stressed by any means! Chris was also a huge part of this experience for me during the negotiating phase, which again, was very patient and understanding with what I was looking for. This by far, has been the best experience I've had at any dealership.
