I received AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm so happy and thankful for this amazing car. I cant wait to take it on all our family trips. I would like to give a HUGE thanks to Dean and Renee in financing for helping us get the best deals and making our dream come true. There was some miscommunication between the dealer and us earlier in the week but Victor and the staff worked hard with us to get us the deal and the car we wanted. Victor kept us informed of the process every step of the way. He was very professional and knowledgeable and really seemed to want us to have a good experience.
We visited other dealers in search of a car and Audi Ontario was by far the most professional. We are very pleased with the service we received and our car. |

| Summary: This is our second time leasing an Audi from Audi Ontario. Farzy Rashid was very helpful from the very start, answering all my questions. Although we werent able to get a deal on the car we initially wanted, Farzy made it happen by getting us in and out in a different model at a price we were comfortable with. Were actually glad to have gotten a different model than what we had initially wanted because this car is much better. Farzy will make sure to get you the best deal and will work with you so give him a chance. |

| Summary: Farzy Rashid, the lease retention manager at Audi Ontario contacted me and set a meeting to discuss my options 5 months before my lease expiration. Surprisingly, Farzy patiently managed to resolve some difficulties to switched me to a new car and a new lease with payment and terms to my satisfactory.
I left the dealership with a new car on the same visit that evening. Thanks to Farzy and Dean, Beatrice at financing department, they were straight forward and made the whole transition a simple and pleasant experience for me. |

| Summary: Didnt know about them until recently but wish I had sooner. Having leased 12 (mostly German) cars for family and friends over the past two decades, I can say this was THE best experience of them all
It can be a drive for someone from Orange County or west LA - but it is worth it - I ended up spending only 90 minutes at the dealership and it was a super pleasant experience
They dont bs you with salesy talk like some others but are very professional simple hard numbers and all the facts are laid out upfront so you can decide for yourself before making the drive.
And while they might not be the biggest in SoCal, their pricing and effort to meet your expectations is second to none and better than some of my experience with Orange County dealers
And if you do plan on contacting them, be sure to reach out to Chris Blair and Gabino. Even the financing dept (Dean) was amazing with no pushy upsells but logical discussions on how to save money further - ex: adding Audicare are bumps up the residual by 1% making the lease cheaper and almost pays for itself
Highly recommend them. Usually I just fill out dealer surveys sent by the automaker and leave it at that, but the fact that this is my first Google review for any car dealer tells you how impressed I was with the transaction. I hope you will be too ! |

| Summary: This is my experience recently leasing a car here. I have leased 10 cars over past two decades (family included) and these have been between Audi, MB and BMW
The experience I had leasing a car from their team - Santos, Gabino, Blair and Dean (finance) was the best and quickest one I had over this two decade period
If you are based in Orange County and tired of dealing with local dealers, give these guys a chance - I wasnt even aware they existed and now after leasing an Audi from them I will probably give them first look when another of my car (BMW) lease ends early next year
Why? Read on. Lengthy, but worth your time --
I entered info on their website as to what I needed. Within minutes I get a call from Santos - we discuss what I am looking for - I give them all the requirments, offer a VIN number to talk numbers on and he takes all the info and gets back to me within a day with something decently competitive - and no bs like "how much do you want to pay"
The interaction is one of mutual respect, numbers, money factors, cap cost, incentives everything nicely broken out so we can discuss like adults. We are close but not quite there yet. Santos is out the next day, so I get a call from his colleague Gabino, who doesnt miss a beat - has all the context of the prior discussions and gives me new numbers after discussing with Blair - this is close enough to make me drive down to Ontario - not too bad early afternoon traffic and I get there in 45 mins
Within 30 mins we have agreed on the numbers, I have examined the car, have matched their sheet with my own calcs. Blair who is super nice and professional (and a real asset to this dealership btw) advises me on selecting between 24 and 36 mo leases the pros and cons and it was perfect.
Within 20 more minutes I am at the finance dept, mind you I had an old Audi SUV lease return that has already been processed by this time w no hassles (unlike BMW dealerships where they nitpick everything) -
At finance, I probably have the cleanest and fastest doc signing thanks to Dean with no upselling or anything - I do get Audi care at his reco and its a no brainer since it bumps up the residual and cost only like a few bucks extra on the monthlies
While this is going on Gabino makes sure the new car is fully charged for my drive home. And I am on the road within 90 minutes of the time I arrived at the dealership
Remarkable, isnt it? I didnt break a sweat and was home in time for dinner extremely happy with my purchase
And I am still getting calls back from other dealers who were slow in responding, not transparent enough, not willing to work and hence lost the business. Not these guys - they clearly show that they want to earn your business and pull out all the stops to make it happen -- that's the way it should be |
