| Summary: Leo Cano is simply amazing!! I was dreading going into a car dealership, as I was apprehensive about the negotiations and the hassle of finding a car at a great deal. However, I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience at Audi Ontario. Leo Cano was amazing and made the process so pleasurable. He was very professional, personable, never pressured me into a purchase, and truly honest. His knowledge about the various models was great and answered all questions I had. He literally had me test drive five different Audi models to ensure I find exactly what I was looking for. When he did not have the exact specifications I asked for, he had the car delivered the following day and had me test drive it again. When it came to negotiations, there was was no beating around the bush nor games. We had an agreement and he stuck to it! He delivered beyond my expectations. I will recommend Leo to my friends and family, without reservations! |

| Summary: Theres only 3 things that come to mind. Customer service, Quality, and care. I called them yesterday about the car I wanted and they immediately took me serious and got me in my dream car the next day. Kevin, Leo, and Raymundo. These 3 gentle men all did their part in getting me into this car, I couldn't be more appreciative towards them. With that being said, if you are considering purchasing an Audi you should ask for them. Thank you! |

| Summary: We had an amazing experience at this dealership. Everything from the personnel to the actual dealership itself. A beautiful and clean facility. The staff was so helpful and personable. Leo Cano walked us thru the lot until we found the one. Took it for a drive, showed us all the gadgets,
Answered all our questions. What we really enjoyed was that Leo was so friendly and open with us, he even missed sushi night with his wife. Our apologies! Again, thank you to the whole team for assisting us and staying there so late to make this happen. |

Leo was prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had and made sure that we had everything we needed on our end. Most importantly, Leo was straight forward and his quote on the Audi we inquired about were accurate. Our deal on our new Audi was was exactly as quoted and we walked away with a new Audi without any issues. I would recommend those interested in an Audi to reach out to Leo. |
