We had another great car buying experience at Audi Ontario. This Q3 is our second Audi that we have purchased from there and they make the experience so easy. We worked with Tania Ashraf and she was fabulous. She worked so hard with us to find the exact car we wanted and was able to make a deal with the Sacramento dealer to trade for it for us. We highly recommend working with Tania if you want someone that truly listens and cares about making you happy. Rigo Hernandez, the Finance Manager, even made doing all of the paperwork easy and quick. We remember working with him in the past and he is so nice and easy to deal with. If buying a car can be fun, he made it that.

This is an edited review. See original at the bottom. I never expected to get PTSD from Audi Ontario. Im frustrated and anxious about my experience, especially as a loyal customer who has purchased three Audis from them. On January 26, 2025, Sales Manager, Brett Mckinley, inspected and appraised my car and provided a Trade-In Breakdown with their quote. After the inspection, I went home to remove my belongings and arranged a ride. I called to confirm I wanted to sell my car that day, but was told Brett was busy and suggested I come back the next day. The next day, I spoke to Chris Blair, the General Sales Manager. He informed me that Chris Villarreal, the Used Car Manager, was not available and advised me to return later. He promised Chris would contact me to arrange a time. I had the Trade-In Breakdown from Brett and asked Chris if the quoted price would remain the same; he confirmed it would. On Wednesday, Chris Villarreal called me, reviewed the Trade-In Breakdown quote, and arranged for a time for me to come in. To avoid issues like Monday, I told Chris Villarreal I could leave work early Friday so I could work directly with him. He promised to send paperwork beforehand for a quick process. However, on Friday, I received no paperwork. When I called for an update, I found I wasnt on their schedule. I was sent a calendar invite with Chris Villarreal and Farzy Rashid for that day. When I arrived Friday afternoon, I discovered Chris Villarreal was not even at the dealership! After waiting 20 minutes, Farzy called me into his office and put Chris on speakerphone. To my shock, Chris said he would buy my car for only $41,000, contradicting the $41,583 quote I was originally given. I was confused and frustrated. Chris claimed he mentioned the lower amount over the phone, but there was no written confirmation of this new lower amount. After some discussion, I reluctantly agreed to proceed. I signed the End-of-Term Vehicle Return Receipt and left feeling taken advantage of. Before leaving, I spoke with Chris Blair about my experience. He promised to write me a check for the full equity amount instead of the lower one and assured it would be sent by Monday. I asked for written confirmation of this agreement, but Chris declined and told me to write it on the Trade-In Breakdown sheet instead. Later that day, I emailed him the details of what we discussed. He replied, saying he found my follow-up a little excessive, which baffled me given my experience. No one from the dealership apologized or expressed concern. By February 11th, I hadnt received the check and emailed Chris Blair to follow up. He did not respond. After waiting until February 14th without receiving it, I called Chris, who said it should have been sent and he would check on it. Another week passed with no communication or check. On Feb 21st, I called again about picking it up in person. He told me to call back on Monday for an update. When I did, he declined my calls twice. My follow-up email also went unanswered. Today, I told my spouse about this ordeal, and he called the dealership twice trying to reach Chris. The first time they said Chris would call back in 15 minutes. When that didnt happen, my spouse called again and was told Chris was in a meeting. When I finally reached Chris, he said he would call tomorrow morning with an update on whether I could pick up the check or if it is already en route. As of today, Feb 24th, I still dont know where my check is. UPDATE: I received my check 2 weeks later. Thank you. Previous review from Feb 2022: Ian Horn is THE car expert and knows how to help people find the right car for their needs. Ian understands all the complexities of each car brand and model, which really makes him stand out from the rest. Ian's knowledge is by far the most out of any Brand Specialist I have worked with in the past 10 years. He is very respectable and patient. You can confidently browse with ease knowing that you will not get pressured into buying anything. THANK YOU Ian for getting me into my 3rd Audi!

10/10 exceptional customer service! We ended up with 2 Audi's! Yes, 2! After such a wonderful experience buying a Q5 for our daughter we decided the very next day to trade my car in for a matching Q5!
