From all these years working with different dealerships and different sales in SoCal, I can say from the bottom of my heart that Ian Horn, Erin Chan at finance, and Chris Daviliaat the Service Dept at Audi Ontario provided us with a whole new level of positive experience.
Both Ian and Erin went out of his way to take care of us throughout the car-buying journey. Got us an excellent deal during this crazy car market while making sure we were getting the best customer experience possible.
