This review is for Audi Ontario 2272 Inland Empire Blvd Ontario, CA 91764 United States. Anyone looking to get service done here save yourself the money and go elsewhere. My certain situation I was having is a lengthy story and a lot of explaining to put into this review but my experience with this service center was really horrible. Little to no communication, no updates & rarely a text back. -a lot of back & forth about yes/no/we dont know from Ralph Perez (service advisor) in particular pretty much would tell me what I wanted to hear about my issues with my car being repaired and getting paid through my warranty but three & a half weeks later I was told one of my major issues wasnt gonna be repaired after him himself agreed theres an issue with my rear timing chain tensioners he also had two of his mechanics verify and say the same as well. I sent videos of my car making abnormal sounds but this wasnt good enough evidence because the vin or license plate is not in the video & it could be a different car when you clearly see my interior, mileage, time/date & car color. I would assist them when and how the sounds would occur so they can show my maxcare warranty but it seemed to me Ralph Perez and his mechanic didnt want to do the job because they had to drop the whole engine and transmission I felt as if they didnt even try to push it upon my warranty to approve the claim for that reason. To top it off as Im exiting audi Ontario frustrated, I noticed my center console front cover was broken i instantly turned around and confronted Ralph Perez and Phil Macias (service manager) about it but they insist on they were not responsible. I payed almost 600$ deductible for my car to get one issue resolved that was a fuel line that cost 30$ in parts & they really think Im going to lie about a 18$ repair? IF I was a liar I would rather have much lied that they put small scratches/small dents on my car that been there since I purchased the vehicle. Stay away from this place unless you want to pay thousands in labor just for them to leave loose screws and break your interior.

The Audi Ontario service department team is just amazing. They are always so nice and welcoming. Mr. Ralph Perez is very knowledgeable and wont steer you wrong! I would definitely recommend to make your next service appointment with Mr. Perez. He always willing to go above and beyond in making sure youre completely satisfied with your service.

A million thanks and kudos to Raymundo Lopez, Audi Brand Specialist at Audi Ontario. What a seamless and enjoyable experience. From the moment my husband and I met Raymundo, we knew we would and wanted to buy a car from him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know about my Q3. I also drove a Q5, and he knew everything about that vehicle as well. He is friendly, kind, has incredible knowledge of the Audi brand and has amazing follow-up. He is just a really great person. I am so pleased with my Q3. We will return in the future to buy a matching car for my husband and will definitely ask for Raymundo. Thank you!! I would also like to compliment the entire team including Brett (sales manager), Marcos (finance), Phil (service manager), and Ramon (service) who went above and beyond to help with a few hiccups after purchasing my vehicle.
