| Summary: Our experience at Lia Toyota of Rockland was excellent. Fitz is definitely a Rockstar and has immense knowledge and experience about the cars he sells! We never felt pressured to make any decisions and he made the whole process very comfortable. He was upfront and honest about the manufacturing issues and approximate time for the delivery of our car! He worked on his day off so we can get our car on time! The finance Manager Cruz made the process very smooth and quick and helped us get a good deal on our car! All in all it was a pleasant experience and will definitely recommend Fizt and Cruz! Thank you! |
