My Service Advisor Ralph Russo is a God-send. He is professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. We like that Ralph listens to your needs and explains what work will be performed in great detail and always checks that you understand and satisfied. We also enjoy that Ralph never rushes or pressured you. Ralph definitely represents Lia Toyotas philosophy of good customer service. In addition, the technician who worked on our vehicle did an outstanding job.

Scheduled a oil and rotation for 8am on a Sat morning. Was told would be ready in about an hour and 45 mins. At about the 1.75 hr mark even though I was waiting the advisor couldn't be bothered to come out and called me to go over what the "recommended " services are and totalted over $700 I believe. When I declined they told me the car was just brought in and they are just now starting the oil change and rotation. I said you are just now starting the work requested they said yes. I asked how long they said that they did not know. I said that was ridiculous as you quoted me 1.5 - 1.75 hours. They stated they only had 4 techs and other customers waiting 4 hours. I requested my car backnand was advised that they already drained the oil. Other advisors started getting involved. One specifically Cody started getting in my space in a threating manor and asking if I am a tough guy. No manager in the service department. Came into dealership side and spoke to John the GM. Was telling him what happened and he was very apologetic and said that he will be handling the situation. He seemed shocked to hear what happened. John assured me that is not how they operate. John gave me his cell number and asked that I call him direct if we are willing to give them a second chance and he would take care of everything. I only upgraded them to a 2 star review because of John. If we come back for service again and all goes well I will consider increasing my rating. Looking forward to hearing from the owner of the dealership as well.
