| Summary: Going to Lia Toyota for maintenance service is always a positive experience. This time I was helped by Cody McCarthy who is very courteous and knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the process while I waited and kindly arranged for transportation from and back to the dealer while car was being serviced. Great customer service! |

His estimate of how long I'd be waiting was on target as well. I'd prefer going for maintenance visits with him as my advisor as long as he's there! |

Dealership is run like a well oiled machine, everyone from custodians,sales ,finance & service are friendly.
