| Summary: I want to thank the people at Porsche Ontario for the great work and care they provided for my 1989 911 Speedster. They recently repaired an electrical problem, replaced a couple of oil lines and completely replaced the convertible top. They have won the Porsche Restoration Challenge and their work is excellent. I had the opportunity to work with their top classic restoration expert Wes Bridges. Wes is very knowledgeable about these classic Porsches and is very nice to work with. Their General Manager Mark Marchant is involved and it was a pleasure to meet him as well as their Certified Service Manager, Mike Daniels, David Barron Advisor , JB Classic Manager and everyone at Porsche Ontario. The work they did is excellent and the cost was as expected for this level of service. I highly recommend Porsche Ontario for work on these Classic Porsche cars. |

| Summary: I really tried with this place because it was close. However they made it as inconvenient as possible. I really dont like being made to feel that I should be grateful they will service my car. Communication is terrible. I bring my wifes car in at 9am. At 6pm I called because no updates. I find out my car has not been started and they will need to do it tomorrow. This is after I dont merit a loaner car. I bring my Macan and my 911 for service and Im not a good enough customer for a loaner? There is not a single person working here that is respectful of my time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Porsche prices with less than Kia service. I have never had to pay this much to be made to feel this unimportant to people taking my money. |
