I had brought up specific concerns to my service advisor back home and felt dismissed. I appreciate that Jose took the time to try to understand and discuss my concerns before the service took place and seemed knowledgeable that others had experienced similar issues and had a solution for me when I returned to pick up my car. Would definitely do my services here when Im visiting. |
