The guys at Ontario Porsche were great!
Thanks Mark M. After speaking with you and ordering the perfect spec car I couldnt be more pleased. I was amazed at the professionalism,
everyone showed me from the GM to salesman to mechanic or shop tech each person I dealt with was all top notch .
It really shows a company with a good leader trickles down to everyone in the organization and I can say its true and I saw it at Ontario thanks again !

| Summary: The dealership is the newest in the southwestern US. More like a Porsche museum than a typical car dealership, this place has to be experienced to be believed. Even better than the physical plant and equipment are the personnel that make this place hum like a precision machine (er, like a Porsche?!?). From the general manager to our sales rep to the "paperwork guy" and even to the courteous young man in the parts department, everyone is sharp and focused on the task of making the buyer's experience as smooth as possible. |

Its always a great experience to go to the dealership. Jaime was my advisor and went out of his way to make sure I had a shuttle to and from my home for my service, my car is always washed and ready to go. I never have anything to say other than how thankful I am to Mark Marchants team of knowledgeable, considerate and caring group of people. I strongly recommend them to anyone thats interested in purchasing a Porsche in the inland empire. . |

| Summary: As a final follow up I owe Mark a big thank you for coming through for me. He stepped up and had his parts department order a clock assembly for me.... Within a week it arrived at my home and within an hour I had changed out the original with the new unit. It cost Mark and the dealership several hundreds of dollars to make this customer satisfied and I greatly appreciate the effort.
This is how a dealer manager steps up and looks after his customer.... and their dealership. So thank you!
Unfortunately Megan, our salesperson still remains MIA as she hasn't bothered to respond to any of my emails since approximately February.
