| Summary: We just bought our very first Porsche and the experience here was amazing. Everyone we came across made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Patrick Posey was our salesman and he was great. Awesome guy and super knowledgeable on the vehicles. He never once made us feel pressured and when it came to the numbers he made it possible so we could take home a Porsche. Pouya, the manager, was very nice and super accommodating. He also went above and beyond to help us out. When we got to finance we met Shelly Fischer, such a cool guy. He was very patient and walked us through all the add ons. We also really enjoyed his conversation! Everyone here just made the experience really top notch. |

| Summary: I had been searching Porsche website for the right CPO car for some time. Looking at all dealership inventories within 200 miles of my location. Found it at Porsche Ontario which is 120 miles from home. I was reluctant to travel so far to inspect a car due to an earlier experience traveling half the distance to see a car at another dealership, which was not well presented and I swore I wasn't going that far again to look at a car. Not only was the car everything I wanted but Porsche Ontario seemed to be advertising more aggressive pricing than most of the other dealers. Brand ambassador Angel provided a complete video tour of the vehicle which made me feel it was worth the trip. Angel, Pouya the Sales Manager and Shelly in finance, all made the experience easy and the car was exactly as presented. Drove it home. These guys are low key, easy to deal with and professional. I was out of there with my car in two hours. Totally satisfied. It's worth a drive to deal with a great group of dedicated professionals and get a good price on a great car. |

| Summary: You really start to comprehend how terrible every other Porsche dealership in LA is when you visit these guys, the customer service and overall straight forwardness and willingness to get a deal done is awesome. 2nd purchase from them and will be doing a 3rd very soon. I'm more than certain that anybody in their sales team can help but Patrick was phenomenal to deal with and Pouya as always was fantastic.
In my pervious review I mentioned a few dealerships that should learn a thing or two from these guys, but after this last visit I feel EVERY porsche dealership in the LA area should take some lessons from them. Inventory is starting to come up again and they are definitely eager to make deals here. I would gladly recommend them to anybody I know. |

| Summary: Our brand ambassador was JB. He was anything but a salesman. Most professional, helpful, realistic and "no B.S." type of guy. He came in on both of his off days to assist us with our incredibly complicated transaction, and operated everything incredibly smoothly and quickly. JB would give us realistic expectations, and explained everything throughout the process of buying and trading in effectively to ensure we were making the right decision. He also provided for complimentary transportation to & from the dealership for our purchase & trade in.
The rest of the staff, including Pouya were helpful to us as well.
I would refer JB to anyone in the market for a Porsche, and will make the drive back to this dealership for the help and level of expertise that JB provided us with.

| Summary: Was expecting my first-time car purchase to be a stressful experience but their team made it as easy as possible and overall a very pleasant experience. Sha Peng was very friendly, proactive, and always available to accommodate us/answer any questions. This isn't the closest Porsche dealership to me but I'll be sure to return to this location for any other services thanks to Sha! Pouya was very honest, and professional. And of course, Shelly from the finance dept. made the process a breeze. Very happy I went with Porsche. |
