| Summary: One of the best customer service experience! Brandon was the service advisor I worked with. Brandon provided updates throughout the service of my Porsche with text messages and phone calls. Brandon was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I didn't reserve a loaner vehicle but Brandon was able to setup one due to a cancellation. The video provided of the vehicle inspection was very cool. After I approved replacement of the rear brakes, Brandon realized that this wasn't necessary and promptly called to inform me. The battery on my key needed replacement and Brandon did this free of charge. When I arrived to pick up my Porsche, Brandon had it parked in the shade..very thoughtful and much appreciated as it was over a 100 degrees outside. |
