| Summary: Im 51 years old, told myself, my first sports car will be a Porsche. Im very happy I met Carlos Raez, he was the best. I told him it was my first sports car and first Porsche.
From day 1 when I ordered my 2024 Porsche Cayman Style Edition, Carlos Raez was there to answer any dumb questions I had. Hes a Great person, overall great attitude, he knew his stuff. Im very very pleased overall. |

| Summary: Carlos Raez was very knowledgeable about the Macan we purchased today and also took the time to show us other Porsche models even though he knew they were not the models we were currently interested in purchasing. He was never pushy and always very respectful, patient, professional and kind. He took the time to show us the features of the car and invited us to come back in the future to review the features that we may not be comfortable with. We plan on purchasing another Porsche next year and we will definitely be reaching out to Carlos for the next purchase. We highly recommend Carlos Raez and Porsche Ontario. |

| Summary: It was nice to see a good collection of Porsche at this dealer. The sales process was smooth with some back and forth visits of the salesperson to finance manager to get approvals. Documentation process was little longer but I guess every dealership has about the same for new car sale/lease. Finance manager was also very nice and didn't try to sale something, I don't want it but he explained all options, if I want to select any of those upsell. Overall, it was a good experience. |
