Overall I had a nice experience and will hopefully be back again to get the car I wanted. |

| Summary: I just picked up my new 2025 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid from Porsche Ontario on 3/14/2025. This dealership is stellar! Not only was I well-taken care of by the General Manager Mark Marchant and sales manager Dan Ebach, but others such as my finance ambassador Shelly Fisher and sales consultant Primo Garcia. These men were so over-the top friendly, they made the entire experience relaxing, comfortable for a woman-some who can typically feel very uneasy in a car dealership and very welcoming. Mark texted me periodically to update me with the location of my vehicle even though I tracked it through the Porsche App. Primo spent at least 1 hours with me setting up the car and showing me how to utilize all the bells and whistles.
This is my second vehicle leased through The Walters Group(first one in Riverside) and it was well-worth the trip from Corona del Mar, California. Although I ordered this vehicle, there was ample inventory on their lot, more than the dealerships closest to me.
I highly recommend doing business with Porsche Ontario as they were more than fair with pricing. No haggling was needed as I was quoted via telephone conversation with Mark Marchant.
If you are in the market for a Porche, new or resale, I highly recommend working with this dealership. You won't be sorry! Vroom Vroom! |

I appreciated him going above and beyond in providing information about the car, even going out of his way to deliver the car to our house. | Summary: Drove 2hs from LA and did not know which car to pick between two. The Manager Pouya Tavallodi had told me that was still some minimal room to deal if I took one of the cars on my next visit. Told the sales person (Carlos) that I would be back. Two days later I drove 90 min to get the car. Carlos was off (he never told me when I texted him I was on my way) and so was Mr. Tavallodi. I then decided on the car (Taycan 4S) that had room for a little dealing.
A very disrespectful manager Dan Ebach first responded 'come and see me at Christmas' when I asked if there was any room to deal.
Then he stated "this is the price do you want the car or not". Then I said "let's get in touch with Pouya and see he told me differently". Mr Ebach responded "No I am his boss there is nothing he can do" (the website clearly states that Mr Ebach and Mr Tavallodi are peers). Pouya, showed me why on one car the dealership was under-we all know it is not true, but it was a nice gesture and more importantly I was treated with respect).
I then left and called the salesman, Carlos told him what happened and he promised "an immediate report to the general manager, and for sure we will call you tomorrow".
About a week after the incident, I was called by Pouya and the dealership manager Mark Marchant. We resolved our differences and I hope I can buy a Porsche from them in the near future |
