| Summary: This is my second Porsche from Ontario Porsche and from Jaime Perez. Jaime Perez has been very helpful and accommodating during the decision making process and purchase process. Jaime went out of his way to show us every car in the inventory that would have met our needs until we found the perfect one. I cant say enough thanks to not only Jaime but Pouya Tavallodi, the sales manager that made it all happen. Jaime found us the car, Poiya but it together and made the deal really simple. I cant forget two people who really made it happen in the background Mark Merchant the GM and Christian Agraso.
What a team of individuals who provide a VIP treatment. Not because I already bought a Porsche previously. Its how they treat EVERYONE. |

Jaime went out of his way to show us every car in the inventory that would have met our needs until we found the perfect one. I cant forget two people who worked diligently in the background Mark Merchant the GM and Christian Agraso. Porsche Ontario does not sell you a Porsche they build a long lasting relationship because like no other dealer, they truly take a team approach.

| Summary: My hesitancy in driving out to Ontario was rapidly transformed when I met with Jhovan Coronado and his expert associates. The finance manager, Mike, who took over once Jhovan clearly articulated the details of my deal was just as caring and explanatory as Jhovan had been. Each associate made me feel as if I was their only customer even though I know how busy they are. The newer facility is a beautiful piece of architecture and showcases all of the cars perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend Porsche Ontario and Jhovan Coronado to anyone seeking a Porsche vehicle. |

| Summary: Jhovan Coronado at Porsche Ontario made it very easy to purchase my car. He even went the extra mile to pick me up at the airport! He was wonderful to work with.
However, waiting to sign the final paperwork took forever! I was there for 4 hours 45 minutes. The dealership was closing by the time I got out of there. And I was told LoJack was included in the price of the car but it was an additional charge when I checked the paperwork later. I was tired, hungry and just wanted to leave with my new car!!
Overall, this was a great dealership with the exception of the wait to sign the paperwork. |

| Summary: I was a little nervous about an out-of-state purchase of my new Taycan GTS especially without seeing it in person first. However, Primo Garcia went out of his way to make the complete transaction smooth and transparent beginning with a full video and commentary of the vehicle. Following the purchase and delivery, I had questions that were quickly answered by Primo, the finance manager, Mike Cardona, and sales manager, Dan Ebach. All were extremely professional and responsive to my inquires. When it's time for a new Porsche, I'll definitely be making another out-of-state purchase from the Porsche Ontario team - thanks again!! |
