| Summary: We purchased a Porsche Panamera in April 2024. During the purchase, the finance manager, Michael Cardona, strongly persuaded us to get the "Porsche Protection Plan" for 3 years, stating that it could only be done at the time of purchase. Since it was late at night and we were not fully informed about the necessity of it, we agreed, which added more than $8400 to our loan.
After some consultation, we realized we did not need the plan and contacted Mike the following day to cancel it and request a refund. It was not clearly explained to us that we could cancel and get a full refund. It has now been about three months since we requested the cancellation and refund. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with Michael, and even seeking to speak with his supervisor, we have received vague responses. At one point, we were told there was a hack.
We are currently paying interest on a service we opted out of from the beginning. The prolonged delay in processing the cancellation and refund is unacceptable and disappointing, especially from a company like Porsche. |

| Summary: I was in the market for a new Porsche 911 Carrera S, so I reached out to Porsche Ontario and worked with Porsche Sales Ambassador Jhovan Coronado to assist me with the purchase process. Jhovan was extremely knowledgeable as he explained the various features and options. Due to the high demand and limited availability of the 911 Carrera S Jhovan recommended that I order my new car configured with all of the features and options that I was looking for directly from the factory! The entire process was very simple, and Jhovan kept me informed throughout the entire process and the Porsche purchase tracking app is also awesome! Jhovan and the team at Porsche Ontario offer outstanding customer service and excellent communication. I also want to thank the Sales Manger Dan Ebach and General Manager Mark Marchant for making all of this possible! |

| Summary: 5 Stars for this place. While it is SUPER FAR from where we live (about 40 miles or so) It is worth the drive for the service they give you along with how nice the dealership is.
Hats off to Jhovan Coronado. Best sales person i've probably ever dealt with. Super nice, gets straight to the point, doesn't waste your time. In the span of 7 months, he's got my family and I, into 3 new vehicles along with selling/trading in 2, with the most seamless process in the world.
I'm not one to go to the dealer, wait around, chop it up, and make a deal. I want to show up, sign papers and go home. Jhovan makes that happen and Michael in Finance is THE MAN! Awesome guy and makes it easy. The last 2 vehicles they were able to deliver them to our home, sign papers and we had both cars when we got home.
This is my new go to dealership in SoCal for all our Porsche Vehicles. Also a bonus is they are a family owned dealer not a big autonation style dealer.
