| Summary: This is my second Porsche from Ontario Porsche and from Jaime Perez. Jaime Perez has been very helpful and accommodating during the decision making process and purchase process. Jaime went out of his way to show us every car in the inventory that would have met our needs until we found the perfect one. I cant say enough thanks to not only Jaime but Pouya Tavallodi, the sales manager that made it all happen. Jaime found us the car, Poiya but it together and made the deal really simple. I cant forget two people who really made it happen in the background Mark Merchant the GM and Christian Agraso.
What a team of individuals who provide a VIP treatment. Not because I already bought a Porsche previously. Its how they treat EVERYONE. |

| Summary: First class trading/purchasing experience at Porsche Ontario!! My salesman, Patrick Posey, found the right vehicle for my situation, wasn't pushy, and was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. Great personality as well!! The GM, Mark Marchant, went the extra mile to earn my business, and together with Pouya Tavallodi, the sales manager, came in with a great trad-in for my 2 BMW's, and a great purchase price to get me into my new Macan S. The finance manager, Michael Cardona, made the final financing process a breeze, and also recommended some needed service packages that would save me money down the line. All in all, I can't imagine anyone in the market for a Porsche going anywhere else than Porsche Ontario!! |

| Summary: UPDATE (July 2024) - As my lease was coming due, Porsche Ontario was reaching out to me on a weekly basis to go over different options. I spoke mostly with Frank and let him know unless they could provide a deal more attractive than the equity I'd receive in purchasing out my lease, then I wouldn't be interested. Frank was very honest and said the best deal was to simply purchase my car which saved me a ton of time. Fast forward a few days later and I received a marketing email from Becky advertising a vehicle that looked interesting. I reached back out to Frank to let him know I might be interested in the vehicle if the terms were right and immediately put me in touch with an ambassador. The ambassador ultimately wasn't able to provide me with terms which were acceptable to me and I reached back out to Frank to let him know that I was disappointed but understand if that's the best they could do. Shortly after I received a message from the Mark, the GM, and he was very understanding and helped me get a deal done. I made my way down to the dealer where Dan and JB were waiting for me on a holiday and they made the process smooth and seamless which I appreciate because none of us wanted to spend any more time at the dealership on a holiday. I left very happy and felt valued as a returning customer and Porsche Ontario has earned my loyalty and business going forward. Keep up the great work!
(July 2021) In a car market unlike any I've ever seen, I wasn't expecting to receive much attention as I sought a new lease. Lucky for me, I was introduced to Christian Agraso. Other Porsche dealers, including the one I previously used, provided little to no help. Christian was the only one willing to work to get a deal done. To top it all off, he made sure everything was ready by the time I arrived to save us all valuable time. Without a doubt, Christian deserves the highest of praise for his work. This review is hands-down 5-stars for Christian. The reason for the overall 4-star rating is my less than pleasant experience during financing. The finance manager (M.C.) I got assigned to was subtly pushy throughout. I get it's his job to sell services (the finance department is a profit center, after all), but I turned down a few upsells numerous times and he continued to offer them. Though the decision to purchase ultimately lies with the consumer, I felt pressured into (over)paying for a pre-paid service package. Shortly after signing all the paperwork, buyers remorse kicked in before I even left his office. While M.C. technically did nothing wrong, and his superiors might be thrilled he got a sell, what was beyond a 5-star experience was soon diminished. I would definitely give this dealership another shot because Christian was great to deal with, but if I do decide to shop around for my next car, it will be 100% attributable to the subpar experience in the finance department. |
