| Summary: We recently bought a 2024 Macan GTS in chalk from the Ontario Porsche in CA. Upon entering the dealership, we were immediately welcomed and offered refreshments and snacks. We then immediately went for a few super fun test drives! This was our first Porsche purchase and Patrick Posey and Sha Peng really made sure we felt comfortable and answered all the questions we had. In fact, went over all the features of the car in detail after we purchased including set up for phones, gates, etc. Thank you for making tour first Porsche purchase seamless and fun! We will definitely be coming back! |

| Summary: One of the best car buying experiences I've had. The first contact online with Frank Cinco helped to quickly narrow down what they had that on the lot that matched what I wanted. I dealt with Patrick Posey at the dealership. He was knowledgeable about Porsches both new and old. There was no pressure, he answered all my questions, and quickly completed the paperwork. Shelly Fisher finalized the sale and went over all the service options available if I wanted them. Again, no pressure to buy something I didn't want or need. This is my fourth Porsche, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Porsche Ontario anybody looking for a stress free experience. |

| Summary: So my husband decided that he wanted to buy me a Porsche. We came to the one in Ontario and Patrick Posey was the sales rep that greeted us. It was close to closing time but Patrick was being very patient with showing us some cars. We decided to finally order our car and Patrick was very thorough with the information. He kept us updated throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the service he provided. He is definitely an asset for the company and we will highly recommend him to others. |

| Summary: Arguably the least stressful car-buying experience I've ever had. Our sales consultant, Patrick Posey, was frank about whether the offer and counteroffers are possible, yet was willing to work with us to come up with a fair deal. This saved a lot of unnecessary back and forth with the sales department. Once the deal was made, we were able the sign the paperwork without too much of a wait. In all, I spent about just a little over 2 hours from taking a close look at the car - and Patrick was very helpful in going over the features of the car- to finish signing all the paperwork. |

But I have to say the wait time to sign the lease agreement was unbearable. We waited from 6 PM to 10 PM to get it done. And the two free services as advertised was not true and claimed the first service was done a month or two before we leased the car. We ended it up with only one free service ? I hope two free services can be honored. Thank you. |
