| Summary: Thank you David Alcantar for the great service. DA helped build our new Sprinter Van and explained all the options that were available. He recommended the mounting rails for the roof rack. If youre planning to build your van, you will need them. We built our van with several options and David A. kept us updated by emailing and telephone calls. As projected, the van took 6 months. So far we are very happy. Once we received notification of the vin #, it just a couple months before the van was delivered to Walters.
Lee Torres, sales associate and Tony Hajj Finance manager were extremely helpful in getting the process moving. Thanks.
